  • Way too many Ads!

    I really love this game, but often I have to suffer through SO many Ads to keep playing that I wonder if it's worth it. The most frustrating part is that I usually CHOOSE to watch the ads offered to get extra moves or the Event Snowflakes each week....and then immediately they are popping up MORE ADS that I didn't choose to watch!! If they offered a paid version of this game with No Ads, I would probably just buy it.

    Levels are just repeated with substitute colors. “New levels coming soon” depends on your definition of soon. No updates in months. My FAVORITE game, but disappointed.

    I’ve had a blast playing this game, but I reached the end. It says new levels coming soon, but I doubt it so I had to delete....after I replay

    I ❤️ this game. But when I got a new phone it wouldn’t update my progress. Every other game updated my progress when I connected to FB except this one. It made me start over at the beginning, when I was on Level 519 on my other phone. This is the only game that didn’t sync my progress despite repeated attempts, disconnecting and reconnecting to FB and power cycling. It just won’t sync. That’s more than a year’s worth of progress down the drain. Very disappointing. At this point if I could give it no stars I would because I’m so frustrated. And it was my favorite game prior to this. Grrrrrr Edit: it also screws you out of prizes sometimes. It will say you’ve won a prize but it doesn’t show up. Like for watching a video, or for a community event. Like I just collected a free hour of play, but it’s not there. Just my normal 5 lives. The game is fun but that part is frustrating. And it freezes every time I watch adds to earn moves or spend diamonds to get more moves. Then I have to reboot to play. So basically it’s stealing my diamonds. Now I have to clear 11 yes I said 11 ads before I can play every time I launch the game. And lately it’s been crashing about ten seconds after I start to play and relaunches which screws me out of one of my lives. I wish they could get their crap together because it’s one of my favorite games to play if it didn’t have so many bugs and ads.

    You have a great game but do have problems but you will get it fixed you will I believeyour game has a lot of your game problems you need to fix A LOT your game is getting were it don’t play right fix it or I’ll delet it I love your game but don’t play right onyour game is not working right it’s always saying try a gain what’s up with that???
