    I paid for the pro version of this app. Afterwards, I got a new phone and now the app does not have the pro version. There’s no place to log in. Did I just waste my money?

    thank you for making this app free, i highly recommend the headfulness channel on youtube, they have a wonderful cognitive distortions video that specifically references this app. these exercise help give me more control over my thoughts and anxieties

    I was hoping I could use the Cloud sync feature to sync between my (android) phone and tablet, but not only does it not work, and not only does it require two subscriptions, but it still won’t even sync the data on my tablet to my phone.

    I just started this app from my counselor’s recommendation. I’ve done CBT a lot before and it always helped but I have trouble keeping up with it. This app helps me by seeing the possible cognitive distortions and being able to choose which one it is and work through it.
  • Unable to sync app between my iPhone and iPad

    I really like the app. Im at the end of my 7 day free trial and want to pay for a year....but I can’t get the app to sync between my iPhone and iPad. I tried restoring from my iPhone from my iPad ( where I set up the free trial) and it’s not restoring or auto syncing.I I have both set up for auto syncing to the cloud, but my iPhone won’t sync with my iPad.

    When I remember to use this tool to challenge and defeat my negative moods and thinking I generally have amazing success. I can really change my experience at any given time by picking this up and applying the thought changing exercises. So many times through life I have heard the idea that it is how we view events that culminates our experience of an event and yet it seems so natural to just accept my default perspective. In fact this is the tool that can help me re-view events for a better one.
