  • Only 100 offline on iOS

    I don’t know why it only allows up to 100 songs for offline tape in iOS. It is unlimited on Android. I like the plan that includes both music and YouTube premium though. Now I just switch to Apple Music which automatically downloads songs in my library across all my devices. If I want to download all the songs I love on this app, I have to click download button thousands of times.

    I had this months ago and canceled it it because I like Apple Music way better. Why would it charge me 4 months later?? I don’t even have the app anymore

    I like this app but i don’t like how when I turn off my phone the music will not play and I hate how I play a song and it would just randomly stop playing and skip like five songs and I was wondering if this is just me or my phone

    The app is good and content is amazing but it is weakly built !! Always crashes whenever I switch network (wifi to 4g) Everytime I pause the song and enter snapchat, go back to YouTube music and the app is refreshing and my song is gone !!!!!

    We use music in our kids rooms at night to help them sleep and muffle the household sounds. We loved google play. Unfortunately this program has been less than reliable or easy to use. It isn’t compatible with many older devices, so we were forced to upgrade the phones that sit on a shelf and play music. Stupid. The app stops playing randomly through the night. I have to restart the music, which is on repeat, but still stops. Its only played through 4-5 times since we were forced to switch. The repeat button is only available when the phone is in landscape, so when music cuts off i have to take the phone off the speaker, find repeat, then put it back all without waking a sleeping child. Not fun at 2am. These problems need to be fixed asap. Absolutely crap.

    I just got this app and it already has internet problems. My internet is working very well. But I just don’t know what’s wrong with the app. I love music so much that I had to get this app, but now it has problems. Please fix it, have a good day/night!

    Add a way to search our liked songs. We can do it currently but it searches all of YouTube and not our library.
