    I swear i’m rooting for us (POC) I just signed up for this app . I love the content my husband and I own a film company been looking for a steaming service to advance our work. Hope you guys don’t disappoint , the reviews are making me proceed with caution. I really want to keep this app , but I’m seeing a lot of bad reviews from last year and of this October 2020 .Come on developer get it together. Our ppl can’t support if you aren’t providing quality service . Hope when my trail finishes we have no issues. Appreciate the content hope i can just pay for the full year with out any issues .     Bro the shows are good. However you barely get to watch anything because of the continuous trouble trying to login. I have to continuously Reset my password because somehow my passwords never work. Then the temp passwords don’t work. Like I want my money back. What am I paying for ? When will it actually work ? Tired of this.

    It logged me out and when I tried to login it would not let me. I tried “forgot password” and I never received an email to reset. I decided to delete the app completely 🤦🏽‍♀️

    The second day I had the app I tried to cancel my subscription. It was very difficult to unsubscribe through the app. So I emailed them to help me unsubscribe. Days later still *no response* The app barley has any movies or shows on there. Please unsubscribe me! I definitely don’t consider downloading and subscribing to this app ever again because they’re not responsive. Even if they respond to this review, they still haven’t emailed me stating my subscription was canceled.

    I too had a hard time logging in after free trial was over. Tried renewing subscription, sent my money! Could never get on! Sent copies of receipt that a payment was sent! Never acknowledged that only that my subscription was cancelled! Lost that money! Great movies but too hard to work with! Would like to have spoken to a live person!

    I’ve been experiencing the same issues I see everyone else has been experiencing. I’ve been paying for this app through Apple of course for a few months and Im unable to use my app. I’ve contact support on both ends Apple tells me they see my payments but I need to contact the developer to assist with restoring my purchase, I’ve contacted the developer and they’re telling me the see my subscription hasn’t been paid. I’ve submitted screenshots of my purchase invoice screenshots of my messages showing my subscription is paid for until the next following month, and STILL no resolution. This issue needs to be corrected!!!! I would hate being unable to support these shows and movies just because this company rather take our money and never fix the issues they cause!!
