    No iPad app which is the only reason for the 3 starts. For iPhone it’s Awesome! Does everything I need! Tracks recovery of muscle groups, links with my Strava, customized to fitness equipment, allows me to do no gym equipment workouts when I’m on the road, allows me to tailor length of workout, reads my strava data and factors in my runs for muscle recovery. Very happy with this app
  • The first weightlifting app I’ve tried

    IMO, The biggest advantage of this app is that it posts to strava. It keeps setting up sets with 20 reps and light weights even though I told it I preferred heavier weights and fewer reps. I guess it’s trying to add variety. Once it added sets with reps that went up which was kind of a neat variation. It has tons of exercises, but it should have the ability to somehow add custom exercises. It calculates your 1RM max, but only on a specific sets of specific exercises ( I guess the idea is that you really push it on those few sets). But I’m constantly doing multiple reps past what it calls my “1RM” but the app doesnt increase my 1RM, so it keeps recommending light weights. You can rate how hard an exercise was, but it should recognize when it has the 1RM way off All in all a good app, but the free trial only gives you 3 workouts, and I don’t see this app being worth the price it costs.

    I’ve been using this app for about 1.5 years now. By far the best one on the market for tracking weightlifting workouts. I love that it syncs to Strava and my Apple Watch and records my biking workouts too. Makes it easy to know what muscle groups are fresh and in need of some discipline!
  • No IPAD version

    I love the app but a true IPAD version would be ideal. The screen is too busy and the user experience will benefit from a larger screen of the iPad ( maybe even Apple TV/Roku) , especially that your audience is mainly working out at home. Cheers

    I’ve been working out for 25 years. I’ve been a certified personal trainer and figure competitor for 20 years. I received a free trial month with a subscription box and I was pleasantly surprised by this app. I would highly recommend it to anyone of any fitness level. This is one of the best fitness apps on the market!
  • Equipment App Problem

    I keep telling the app I have no equipment (body weight only) yet it keeps recommending workouts that require equipment. No equipment means NO equipment. Please don’t assume I have an incline bench or anything similar if I say “no equipmemt”
