Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.     The way this app is set up makes me look forward to the next work out! I like that I go at my own pace and I only have a certain amount of time to complete the work out, this pushes me to do as many sets as possible before time runs out! I have tried so many programs and I am so glad I finally tried this one out! I absolutely love it!

    I’m a 50+ year old man and I use this app. The workouts are tough and the layout is great because you can preview all of the various exercises in your upcoming workout. I spent a month doing these alongside my 27 year old son. We used different weights and the workouts were perfect for both of us. I wish the substitution feature worked better. Overall great app.

    I’m a single mom who works full time, so I didn’t have a lot of spare time for myself in the day. This program offers me the flexibility to exercise wherever I want, whenever I’m able. I’ve even been killing fitness goals during the pandemic shutdowns because all I need is my phone, this app, and dedication. The trainers are amazing and the community and tools that come along with the app are priceless. SWEAT and its community are a positive lifestyle and I’m so glad I joined.

    I’m incredibly disappointed. I tried to reach out to their help support and they were unable to troubleshoot. I paid in advance for an entire year for this app and now i can’t even use it without constantly having to stop and see what I’m supposed to be doing next. Thumbs down. Please do an update to fix.
