  • Error after every search

    "Something went wrong" error occurred after every, single voice search. Microsoft seems to be abandoning Cortana. It's redundant with Bing and Edge voice searches.

  • Not able to connect

    I had connected my invoke device with my phone app. It was not working so I uninstall the app. But now I am not able to reconnect it with my app.

    You can no longer set up a Hartman Kardon Invoke speaker, and the error message simply says “Something’s gone wrong.” This screen cannot be backed out of or otherwise interacted with. So, the app cannot do one of its primary functions, and when it fails it leaves you in a broken state until force quitting it.

  • Wouldn’t let me setup my invoke anymore

    Leaves no room to even allow my invoke to be used as a Bluetooth speaker. It’s a completely capable speaker that’s good for nothing now because how broken this setup process is now.

  • Complete disaster from Microsoft

    Worked fine until a week ago with connecting my Harman Kardon Invoke. MS is exiting Cortana and a firmware update due early 2021 IF connected to the internet to make it Bluetooth only. Cannot reconnect the speaker.....constant errors with the iPad and iPhone app. Even the Windows 10 app says cannot connect to the service. Means I’ll have a $200 black brick. Their tech support in India is incompetent, dropped phone calls, and no answers to when the service will be fixed. Another “quality” release from Microsoft. 2 promises of a return call from a supervisor and nobody had called in over a week. Harman Kardon has done nothing except tell me to call Microsoft!

    Cortana is so good at voice recognition. She realizes punctuation without having to say it (Siri). She rocks. Period.

    I like this app it is really fun because I’m not really fun because there’s no audio and when I say hey Cortana she does not answer and I only have to press the microphone if you guys can fix that and also if you guys can fix the thing because every time I tell her to arm set a reminder she can’t she don’t she doesn’t wanna do it and I want her to set a reminder I told her today to please set a reminder to call my friend and she said that reminders is not open

    Please make widget for iOS 14 and iPadOS 14 Cortana is great assistent but if Cortana support widget Cortana will become to best Virtual Assistent in whole universe!!

  • Worked fine until I had to reset it

    Currently my issue is that the app is requiring me to log in using my work email which I can’t remove at all. I tried to “create” an account using my actual email address and it says I can’t set an account up because it already exists. I’ve searched to find a solution to this problem online and haven’t found anything that helps at all. When I did have the app, I found that it would occasionally disconnect from PA and then I would have to reset it all the time.

    Seems like a good system but not sure why I can’t hook it in to my work email... that’s the part of my life I need reminders for!
