    The service for problems is incredible. I don’t know if it’s specifically a language barrier or if they don’t care, but either way it needs to be addressed. I’m having payment issues and the responses are completely unrelated to what I’m saying so they can close the case without even a basic understanding to what the issue is. Frankly, it’s disrespectful and one of the biggest failures in customer service I have ever experienced. Maybe add “The truth is we don’t care so we’re closing your case” as one of your canned responses. I’d respect the honesty with the lack of service instead of just a total lack of service.

    If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order. It was completely wrong and missing items. I submitted a complaint through their app within one hour. For some reason the complaint sent from my email attached to my apply pay but not from the email account my Uber eats is connected to. By the time someone replied and told me to resubmit my complaint with a different email address it was outside their 48 hour refund window. I tried to explain this. You’re speaking with robots. They give you the same copy and pasted answer. The order we received was barely half correct and it took so long to arrive at my house. They never fixed it. They just sent my through the same loop of robots. It’s not the first time I’ve had an issue with my order and it’s not the first time they’ve done nothing about it. Door dash is faster and better.

    This is the worst delivery app! It takes 1 1/2 just for one thing even though the store is less then 4 min away from me. When I tried to cancel my order they charged me half of what I was paying for my original order. And The fees are higher than DoorDash and grub hub.

    UBER EATS help center is bad they are not helpful at all i ordered food and was waiting for over an hour then i go back to the app to see how far my order is and the times goes up another 45 minutes because they can’t find a driver so i try to cancel my order and get charged 20$ so i contact uber eats and they won’t give me a refund

    I use Uber Eats so much that I’m a Gold member. The first time I contact customer support, I’m told I will receive extra Uber dollars for my inconvenience. Did I ever receive them? No. The customer support people just send me the same generic message and closing my request message, ignoring what I have to say.

    The title said it all. Uber eats should have comped me a free meal. The only positive was that miller’s ribs are edible cold.

    This’s stealing . I ordered food but this Indian food store never delivered, and they marked food delivered on their own side. Contact Uber many times, they charged 3 times.

    First time ordering from the app because they offered $25 off so I ordered a $25 combo from the local Mediterranean restaurant. Some how with service fees, driver fees, and tip, it still ended up being $20. Whatever. But when I get my food, THE MAIN DISH WAS MISSING! just French fries and hummus. I went through the motions of reporting the missing item and all it did was give me a partial refund for the missing gyro. Not satisfied that they didn’t give me a full refund for the full combo price, I tried to reach out BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO GET AHOLD OF THEM! All of there customer service is fully automated unless you’re a restaurant or driver supposedly. Utter garbage. They make enough money to hire good customer service reps and give full refunds where they’re due. This has been the biggest joke of a discount I’ve ever encountered.

    Such a trash company now. Never ordering from them again and I’m deleting the app. There’s literally always something wrong with my older and my food is always cold. Even when your order is screwed up they don’t even offer a good solution. I payed 18$ for some Zaxbys and they screwed up the order and I was also missing items and the only thing they could do was give me a 2 dollar refund for the missing items...Drivers still be late even when you pay a extra dollar for your food to get delivered first.
