    Where I am the connection is as good as it’s advertised. But the app obviously hasn’t gotten an update in years. And sacrificing some sanity to watch the same channels old people watch while they slowly die isn’t worth it. Don’t install!

    I was stuck on CQ so I thought I might as well find something entertaining. Connected to my Boingo WiFi and downloaded the Tv app and it worked well. I was able to select any channel and watch.

  • TV App can’t connect to servers

    Have had this app for 3-4 months now, it’s worked once...the first time I installed it. Ever since, the app has never been able to connect to the servers. Constantly broken. It doesn’t matter if I’m on my Boingo WiFi or not.

    So I’m at fort lee an I want to watch tv cause I’m paying a lot for it so I download the app it shows the logo but then it taps out like that’s so wrong I pay for blazing an on get WiFi I might as well just use my data

  • Worst Provider Ever

    Cable service is crap. Have to have a tv with QAM 256 tuner otherwise you’re forced to buy a converter. No apps can be used because it is a bundled service with no private account. Customer service isn’t all that bright either. Departments seemingly don’t communicate with one another; you have to demand to be sent to a manager or higher tier. Do not use this service. Get Hulu or Sling.

    The app doesn’t actually work or connect to anything. It’s literally just a link on my phone home page that pulls up a screen saying that the app doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time.

    First they tried to charge me three times what I signed up for and when I’ve tried to use the tv app it keeps saying wrong username or password even after I have tried to change my password three times. Terrible service. Don’t get fooled!
