    I am so heartbroken. This game has great animation and is definitely well made. However...it eats your money at lightening speed and when you play any of the challenges, they are almost impossible to reach or as it turned out recently, when you do reach them they dont always credit you the amount which may be a bug. When i reached out to customer service i was asked for a screenshot. There is no notification that customer service replied and if u dont check daily they will close your ticket. Then finally i reached out again and was asked for another screenshot because their system didnt show that i was not credited the amount. Same issue couldnt send a screenshot of it, even though im not sure what that is supposed to proof, you only see the amount of coins i have not the amount i should have been credited, but it didnt matter because i couldnt send it anyway. I have spent quite a bit of money for the entertainment value and was happy to do so until i realized that the entertainment time is very short lived and then you have to spend more. For a game where you dont actually win money its eats your money like water. So its time to go back to the old fashioned games, at least i get entertainment for a reasonable value. What a shame!

    I’ve played this for several years on my iPad and just recently installed on my phone. Was ok until this morning. It brings up Wonka Slots intro and freezes and I can’t tap the home button or get out unless I shut down the app. So, it’s being deleted immediately from my iPhone and my iPad!

    Zynga has updated this app in the last week. It costs more with less and smaller payouts. Also take note that another Zynga game app (Hit it Rich Casino) appears to have had the same algorithm adjustments.
