  • Constantly drops audio and calls

    I have deleted and reloaded the application twice to see if the issue improves and it does not. While on a call the audio drops out for 5-10 seconds then comes back. This happens throughout the call. Also, incoming calls sometimes ring once and go directly to voicemail without me be able to answer the call. Application needs work.

    I don’t always get notifications until the end of the day. It would be nice to be able to use the stock voicemail app on my phone.

    Calls drop, super staticky and AT&T customer support keeps asking for examples. We have provided numerous examples and the calls still drop and are still full of static.

    When I got collaborate it disconnected my voicemail. This is extremely slow, hard to use, and you can’t delete an email without the whole thing playing at least half the time. I’ve tried to get ATT to turn it off and go back to voicemail without success. I’ve been an ATT customer for many years, have several lines , and am considering dropping them as a carrier solely because of Collaborate.

    Don’t like being forced to use app I don’t need. Think it is a tactic to grab more data from users so that more solicitors can call and harass me.

    Gotta say, these reviews gave me pause, especially since this is a work thing for me. Gotta say I haven’t had any issues with mine. Calls dropped until I allowed WiFi calling - it was cell coverage. I haven’t had any issues with voice mail, and I stay logged in. I’m really happy with the app, and clients don’t get my personal number any more.

    This app is awful, constantly lags and voicemail never works. Tells everyone who calls that voicemail box is full when it’s definitely not. Have to uninstall then reinstall every few hours or else voicemail doesn’t work at all. There’s got to be a better app for business voicemail and phone directory???

    the app doesn’t work over half the time. it’s the only way i can check my voicemails and they don’t load half the time.
