    Don’t get me wrong, I really do like the app. Its just that.. I guess I was expecting something else. It’s more of a Facebook for vegans. I was hoping to see more recipes not just pictures of random foods people eat, or what people do in a day. I’ll continue to use the app because its definitely better than social media.

    First of all, this is a hook app. You sign up here, later they tell you to sign up for the main Amino app as Vegan Amino will not be supported. Clever but kinda trashy way of user acquisition. Secondly, if you’re there for vegan recipes, you’ll be fine. But if you start raising animal rights issues, you’ll be blocked. My account was blocked with no explanation or warnings. Not a good place for vegans.

    I love this app! The community is so friendly and encouraging. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it reminds me of Pinterest and I’m probably the only one in the world that just never caught on to it. This is just a little simpler because we’re all here for the same reason.
