    First time user. Disappointed there’s no countdown clock and no down/yardage info so you are wondering all those things during the game. You would think the network would include those. It was difficult to get the app started. At first no picture just sound. I guess better than nothing if you can’t be at the game in person. But would not recommend.

    Whoever decided to put a time limit on a live event is a freaking genius! (Sarcasm) I’m watching my two nephews wrestle in the conference tournament and as I expected they both make it to the finals against kids that have beat them either this year or last. So I’m excited to see it! But guess what? The geniuses at NFHS Network thinks having a time limit not even close to the length most wrestling tournaments take to finish is a great idea. So not even half way through the consolation round the live stream ends! Guess I paid to watch one of three rounds since the first round the camera was zoomed in to the out of bounds area between the two mats. FIX THE PROBLEM OF THE STREAM ENDING BEFORE THE EVENT DOES!!! It’s in every bad review on here! It probably takes a couple clicks of your mouse to fix it. I will be demanding my money back for this poor excuse of a network.

    Had for about 3 weeks now. Have kids that go to two different high schools, both of which are on the site. However, not all games show up on the app, and even games that are scheduled may not work. Had a game last night that was scheduled, and then when we went to watch it showed as delayed and then it was never recorded. Not sure if NFHS fault or the school but either way a miss. This has happened a few times already. Also, if you can watch it, the video is okay but it is not a manned camera, may be controlled elsewhere but if you want to watch soccer you will miss some action on either end of the field as the camera is slow to respond. Third negative is there is only one stream. If someone else watching on another TV or device it will cut one off. Should have at least 2 since each parent may be in a different location and want to watch. This is a pay service and should be better!

    Horrible distribution. Twice they have screwed up playoff games. Our local non playoff network does a much better job for free. I just paid and can’t even get the game to stream.

    I’ve watched some well-broadcast games on NFHS. Unfortunately, too often this season the stream buffered incessantly, was focused on the wrong part of the field it would just not connect at all. It’s very disappointing to miss your athlete’s game, but even more so after paying to see it.

    It’s nice to be able to watch a high school game from home, but they never show the scoreboard. I have no idea what the rotating numbers on the screen mean. It should be the score, one would think, but then it goes up by 30 points, then down, and continues to change even when the game is not on play. Their website says you can watch on Amazon Fire, but you can’t. The audio doesn’t work when logging in from a computer (it works in the app), and sometimes you can’t watch it on the computer bc it just constantly buffers. Very disappointed in this app.

    Quality is poor - try to watch basketball and you can’t even see the whole court, hoops, etc Volume very poor as well

    Football season and basketball season are the same. This company doesn’t have the technology or infrastructure to deliver on its service model.
