  • Has a lot of potential

I would love this app if there was a ‘View All’ button under the search option. It appears as if there should be or is, but the menu doesn’t move and only allows you to see ‘Recently Viewed’, ‘Created by me’, ‘Shared with me’, and ‘Archived’. It appears that the app needs an update to be able to see the entire menu, or have a ‘View All’ option that is available online. If all files could be viewed, this would be a really nice and useful application.
  • Good app!

Really wish they’d add dark mode though. It’s so nice on the desktop!
  • Missing docs from other devices in ‘browse’

Browse doesn’t actually work. Nor does ‘paste.’ I hate Evernote and thought this could replace it, but evidently not. Basic stuff is all totally broken.

Awesome app by concept, use it every day but iOS app is not performant at all. Super slow, takes too long to load & starred/downloaded documents won’t even open with bad internet connection.
  • I like it but...

Ok first the good Versatile, great for drafting, note taking and planning. AWESOME at collaboration—really responsive. The bad, Horrible at organization. This really needs a a hierarchy structure like OneNote or Confluence. This alone makes it hard to use as a go-to notes app. Features I’d like to see (and I would probably use nothing but Dropbox) Folder/tab/ hierarchy structure Add voice notes Make paper docs “embeddable” onto other tools like Miro Add #tags
  • Organization is dizzying

This would be an Evernote killer if you could choose how to sort your docs and if there were a static folder tree on the left. It’s so simple, I just want my docs to stay where I put them. I don't get why every time I open a doc it has to jump to the top of the list. There are no sort options so I’m stuck with recent files moving around on me. Therefore, I am not a Dropbox paper user. Too bad.

Terrible app, does not allow sign in thru Google even if that’s the only way you can access your Dropbox account
  • Great for productivity!

Great for collaborating, planning, and organizing ideas, thoughts. Can we please add dark mode?
  • Great but...needs improvement

I really like this app, but I think it needs a few features: 1. For the IOS app text zoom controls and the ability to change standard font sizes would be very helpful. The text can look rather small on an iPad especially for those of us who are a little older. 2. Dark mode support would be useful. 3. Couldn’t integration with dropbox be improved a bit? It more or less works, but it seems to me that linking and editing items in dropbox could work more smoothly. 4. Would like to see dropbox and dropbox paper be a little more software agnostic—the requirement that adobe acrobat be used to view PDF files on IOS seems unnecessary. 5. Why is there no preview mode for EML files in IOS on dropbox? All kinds of apps do this. It’s strange that a subscription app like dropbox doesn’t do this.
