Description

Microsoft Pix is an AI-powered camera app that helps you to take better photos without extra effort! It is like having a pro photographer inside your camera – tweaking settings, selecting the best shots, and enhancing them on the fly – to help people and scenes look their best. It’s designed to help take the guesswork out of getting great photos, so now you can just enjoy the moment, instead of struggling to capture it! Microsoft Pix: Point. Shoot. Perfect. Features • Moment capture and best images - Captures a burst of frames every time you tap the shutter button, including frames before and after your tap, so you won’t miss the right moment. Uses discarded burst frames to enhance each Best Image, improving exposure and color, and reducing noise and blur. Images in low lighting, moving objects are now much better quality than before. • Professional toolkit - control exposure bias manually, set and lock focus point, adjust aspect ratio, use level, and grid to capture the best photos. • Document capture - capture, crop and clean a picture of a document, whiteboard, or bossiness card. It is like a scanner in your pocket. • Advance photo editing and free filters - adjust brightness, contrast, temperature, saturation, vignette, grain, highlight, and shadow, the sharpness of the photos, or enhance your photo with 30+ free filters. • Light and Dark theme - automatically use system color theme or you can override the setting for the app to suit your preference.

Why did you remove this fantastic feature??? Can you explain why please? I am so disappointed. I’ll change my rating to 5 stars if you bring back this important feature.

I suggest you don't update it. Many functions have been deleted in the new version.

Is photosynth gone? I opened this app for some landscape and nature photography this weekend and found that the app had been updated. I cannot find the photosynth feature now. Photosynth is the best! Please tell me how to find it or bring it back! Photosynth is THE 5 star feature of this app. Without it, this app loses most of its value for me.

What happened to the ability to stitch a panorama?
  • Get this. Install it. Bet you don't delete it.

This is so good I just asked two friends for their phones and to put their finger on the button when necessary. Then I asked them to snap some pictures and see what they think. They loved it! And so do I. This app creates better pictures out of what you snap. Faces come out perfect. Acne and red-eye are gone. It can be subtle: this does not add gimmicks to your photos. It improves the lighting, the faces, the shadows and the composition by blending together the best of several milliseconds of exposure. Faces, food, pets and open scenery benefit the most. Another feature I love is the adjustable exposure. This lets you photograph the stars, and create special effects in a variety of situations. On my phone I set it to be the default camera. So ... install it - and I bet you keep on using. It's been six months, and the only photos I take with the built-in app are panoramas. For faces, social activities, landscapes and action shots (reduces blur) this app is tops.

What happened to the enhance where it softens the face? Why did you remove that? Pictures also seem “grainy” now. How can I get the older version back? I don’t need all the filters if the enhancing one isn’t one of them.
