Uber Driver

I’m not able to give rides when I open this app. I only get uber eats delivery orders. Can someone tell me if there is a different app for giving Uber rides??

I’m not sure why the app can’t orient the destination in the forward direction or maintain it. Every other app with navigation does. The information appearing for a ride appears white on white now. It was black on white before. When a ride comes in, the wording is terribly confusing and the destination or length of the ride is still not clear. Is customer service available during a ride if so where is the icon for that? Navigation icon is not always available to launch outside apps.

This app the navigation system the whole app is crap. They made me go to a whole Nother city for six dollars the navigation system will not allow you to check arrived at the restaurant so when you go on your delivery and have you in the wrong location so that they won’t have to pay you for delivering the food. When you call customer service they’re not gonna give you your tip they’re only gonna pay you a base pay of six freaking dollars and that is so ridiculous because I had to come 15 miles out of my way to deliver food and got paid six dollars. They actually think your sleeves please don’t use this service call GrubHub if anything

Ex Uber driver of 1 year and 3 months full time 4.96 driver rating honest and true review: I stop driving Uber 9 months ago. If i could give negative 5 stars i would. They treat their drivers bad, they don’t put anything towards the cost of your gas, insurance, note payment or vehicle maintenance. They use your car up until it’s no longer good and do away with you, all while taking 60% of the fares. They side with drunk and deceptive customers looking for a free ride by reporting you for something you didn’t do in your own personal vehicle, and they don’t put up any investment into the actual service. They cut back on paying drivers who drove for Uber eats by using a very vague excuse of “Cutting back wages to make room for Trip Supplement” which essentially screwed their drivers out of a decent fare to basically make $3 a trip or $3-6 an hour. I’ll never use an Uber product again. Their previous CEO said the only problem is they have to share some money with the guy in the front seat. Meaning the driver, who is using his or her own personal vehicle and covering all cost is “The Problem” To make matters worse, Uber is a leader in the studies of autonomous vehicles, in other words they are using the money that they make from their drivers to fund studies on how to replace them with driverless vehicles. Uber is a soulless, backstabbing, two timing, corporate beast that needs to be put down by the Federal Government. Screw Uber. Don’t drive for them.

When you're driving at night and the app kicks a white screen up to 100% brightness, it can make it hard to see, please stop adjusting the brightness on the phone. Five stars if you fix that.

I registered to drive for Uber step by step but right now i have the last 2 things need to fill out. But i can not complete the background check by type the social security number even i am sure my ssn exactly correct and i can not upload my driver license for long time... Using this app for UberEats. The app crashes constantly when I am about to take a photo of the delivery or when I am about to text the customer about an order. The in app map also glitches out whenever I am on the accept/decline screen.

Unfair company. Lousy company that drivers doesn't make any money but makes money itself. You think you are making money but you are not earning anything. Calculate well. here is the only winner uber. İf you have problem with Riders you should know, no support at all, just say sorry.
