    I am not pleased with the service, get an error on local channels. The picture is nice, I don’t know why some channels are blocked and can’t watch it.

    Our contract says we start paying for the service on January 5 but we got charged the next day we got it. Apprently I connected my Hbo Max to this and I bet camping and it says it would charge me for internet issues. That was not in the contract

  • Good App Needs Siri Support

    We use this app on a number of devices and overall it’s pretty good. We use one of our iPads as a mini TV for a breakfast nook and while most apps allow for hands free operation through “hey Siri”, this app doesn’t know how to react to it - no pausing or resuming, next episode, etc. Please developers include this in the next app update!

    This app automatically closes when going from PIP mode to full screen. Also, while pressing the screen to play a paused show, it starts to play but the pause icon remains on the screen. It will only clear if you restart the app. Finally, no more description of what show is on when you swipe left or right... come on AT&T, this is a basic feature on any other app. I cannot recommend this app until these problems are fixed.

    So using this app on my iPhone and on Roku tv. Disappointed that developers have not allowed rewinding live tv back to a point that you have missed, also cannot record from the beginning of the program that you had watched, recording uses a start point from where you started to want to record. Unlike direct tv with satellite the app is ok but needs way more improvement.

    I’ve been using At&t TV app for couple of years and hoped that this app could be as good as the other streaming apps from big players. But after several years after release the app is buggy and UX is still needs improvement. Why the app is always goes to the full screen when I launch a show? Why can’t it stay as is and let me choose if I need full screen? Another huge issue is how it works with AirPlay. I’ve got new LG OLED TV and was so disappointed that there was no native At&t TV app. It was very bad business decision not to support LG webOS. Every competitor has their app for webOS. At&t just killing customer base by not doing that. But I thought that there is a good workaround. New LG TVs support AirPlay and I can stream At&t TV from my phone, right!? Yes, but only until first ad. The app just gets frozen as soon as ad starts. You can turn AirPlay off and on. It will help until next ad. And you have a lot of advertising:( So, the At&t TV is not usable with LG TV. Probably it’s time to give up on this service and find another service that works on my TV.
