  • Best app! Could use one improvement...

    I love the app! I have the premium membership and it gives great feedback for my sleep routine, including how to improve it, and aspects of my health. The only problem I am having, and for me it is a big one, is the app has no way to accurately track my sleep disruptions. I wake up several times each night. While the app does generally pick up some of it, it misses most of it. Just like they have the tap to “start sleeping” feature it would be fantastic if they added a feature to tap when your sleep is disrupted. I’m working with my sleep medicine doctor to lower my sleep disruptions and an easy way to track them, ALL of them, would make this app truly worth its premium membership.

    I loved thIs app until the recent change. The format for entering sleeping conditions, etc is not intuitive and many options have been removed. It asks me why my sleep was better or worse and some of the options I used to choose are no longer there. Like, TAKING A SLEEPING PILL. You’d think they’d leave that one. Melatonin and valerian root are not enough options.

  • Not tracking sleep

    I just got my 16 year old and apple watch (series 5) and she wanted this app. Based on the reviews it seemed like a good trustworthy app. When it was time to go to sleep she was super excited to be able to see the data about her sleep. She pressed the start sleeping button and had it set to wake her up in a light sleep from 7-7:30. It didn't wake her up and she ended up waking up at 7:45. She manually ended the sleep session and it seemed like it was working. It looked like it was transferring the data because it had the loading screen and percentage it was at. When it was all done it said to go into the app on her phone she reloaded it there and nothing was there. I am hoping to get a developer response about this as she is very upset. If it gets fixed I will edit my review.

    I enjoy this app a lot. It is not accurate on many ways like it never tells me my sleep is interrupted when my child comes and wakes me several times throughout the night. But still a good understanding of what my night of sleep looked like

    I like the app but I wish it registered awake time better. There are times I get up in the middle of the night and it registers me as still asleep. Otherwise a good app.

    I’ve been trying to get my sleep in order on my own for years. It wasn’t until this app that I’ve finally started to see and feel a difference. Granted I’ve been highly motivated to make changes, but it was a lot harder to do it on my own. This app gives a data junkie like me, the data I need to make certain choices. Cant go wrong! I highly recommend.
