  • Great Content Product

I originally just got Flo Sports to watch my favorite ECHL team in case fans were not allowed back in the stands at the seasons start, however I love this service and fully intend on renewing it for years to come. The subscription is sort of expensive, however it is totally worth every penny because it’s quality content for not just the ECHL but every sport.
  • Poor sports app substitute

This service during the game is piss poor. Elevator music with horrible background during opening of game with delay, in and out sound, commercials sound blasting, horrible commercial transitions that interrupt the analysts and the game, etc. This is not worth $0.99 let alone $29.99. Watch it yourself and see if you would pay $30 for it. Horrible service when trying to watch our son play. Need vast improvement...and I agree with the others...app shows different pricing than online....false advertising can definitely lead down the path of no return...
  • Terrible production. High school cameraman.

Come on people. First, I subscribed on a month by month payment plan today. Was immediately billed for a full year-since there’s no way to contact the company, will get my credit card company to stop payment. Then, watched the Husky/Baylor basketball game. The cameraman had to be asleep. Couldn’t follow the ball. Went offscreen a dozen times. Check out 16 minutes into the game. Ball list two times in a few seconds. Cameraman had to be asleep, totally unprofessional... or? Really? Then, things you expect from normal coverage, like a shot clock-missing. The announcer was better than horrible, but pedestrian. I’ve run camera before. The pans and zooms were jerky-probably poor equipment. Lost audio twice. Yes, I got to see the first Husky basketball game in 2020-2021 season (a rout!), since it appeared nowhere else. But frustrating, expensive and low quality. Ugh!

I really just paid $30/month to watch one tournament and the video feed cutout for the last 25 seconds of a close game for the women’s beach bubble tournament. Then the next day they kept playing ads DURING the game lol.

The app has the icon to broadcast to your tv but it doesn’t work.

We are watching FloRugby and the stream /app keeps crashing. We are casting from the app. We have the latest app version and cast from ESPN, NBC, CBS apps without problem. No response from Flo Support
  • How does ESPN/NBC allow rights to go here

I have been scammed by this group before when they wouldn’t close my membership. Had to put a stop payment on the account. It’s a real shame I’m forced to use this to watch Autumn Nations Cup.
  • Constantly Crashes

They have the right idea for this app, but they need to better organize their video contact with more categories. Also the app CONSTANTLY crashes on both Amazon Firestick and Roku.
  • Terrible for cycling

    1. Service doesn’t post replays within hours of when an event is over. 2. Confusing UI makes it hard to find live events vs replays 3. Commentary on cyclocross races is completely insane and embarrassing 4. No viable customer support If you just need somewhere to watch high school cheerleading or wrestling, then maybe this service is for you. For cycling fans it’s a shame that this is how Americans have to get a lot of races.
  • Do not purchase!

I have no problem with the product but the falsely advertised monthly fee has me irate. Despite what appeared on the website I was charged for the entire year instead of 1 month. When I contacted customer service with the mistake they informed me they have discontinued the monthly service. They refuse to give me a refund. False advertising. The product does not match the fraudulent billing practices. Still waiting for a response.
