  • No loads showing on delivery day

    Been using your app for a little over a month, now. One complaint I have is that it won’t show me available loads for the day I deliver. I can understand that it doesn’t for the days I’m under a load. But by not showing loads on for the day I’m supposed to deliver, I can’t plan my loads ahead, or I have search on a different load board.

    When you have an issue, you get connected to someone who can’t speak English. When you submit BOLs with time stamps for detention, they just claim you never sent it and decline detention. 3 out of 3 times they pretend we didn’t submit documentation thru the app. This is why only new authorities use this garbage company. Use them for 6 months when your just starting out then move on to the real brokers.

    okay good job you fixed filters where you cb oses to see or not the bundles etc.etc. Next you need to fix “saved lane option” I put 100 miles option it shows me 180.. 150 etc etc...incorrect.

    You need to fix the app so you can select the way of the Load Whenever it’s over 42,000 pounds even if the load pays $10 per mile we will never take it

  • Routing filters don’t work!

    When I choose not to see load bundles, I still see them. Very annoying and time wasting. It discourages me from using the app. I will never book a bundle. The filters used to work, now they don’t. Please fix this issue.

    I have updated my app and it started not showing load information. Looks like phone screen broken. Then hit on the load its shows proper information. Uber need to fix this.
