    This game is the first thing I do every morning. It is an easier version of a regular crossword puzzle. Just gets my day started without frustration. Love!

    The game deserves ZERO stars! Over three months ago, the game experience significant issues with updates to my device’s IOS. I was repeatedly told that the support group was “working” on the issues. Several updates appeared, but none of them have worked. I have performed all means of troubleshooting, suggested by the group, including deletion of the app (several times), and nothing works. I have also added the app to a new iPhone, and the app still does not perform appropriately. The game crashes after completion of every daily puzzle. I can no longer access the “profile” tab in the game, which controls some functions within the game, and also allows access to “claiming” rewards. The in-game clock cannot be turned on, as it too is controlled within that tab. My case with the support group was marked as “closed” without resolution! It has been over two months since the app was updated. In order to contact the support group you need to access a menu located at the bottom of the game. It doesn’t exist!! There are numerous reviews from others that cite many of the same problems, indicating that their problems occurred following updates to their device IOS. I’m guessing the support group either no longer cares, or they simply cannot fix the problems. That is really poor customer service!

    Since the update it constantly crashes. Can’t play anymore. Very sad hope it gets fixed. Been playing a long time 🙁

    It’s ok but I can’t really recommend this game app. First, they need to change the name because you can't play with friends. I was really looking for a game to play against friends since they have canceled hanging with friends, what’s the phrase and other games that you could actually play against and interact with friends.
