Just use the web browser. New teammates cannot use this app period. No login, no customer assistance, and no resets.

It takes so long to load and then I get an error code I can’t see my schedule and this needs to be fixed

Whith the Apple app I’m not able to see all the employees, I’m a cook and all I see is the cooks schedule but not the servers or managers working that day ..but with My coworker Android he is able the whole crew working for that day ...fix it please

I love the idea of Hot Schedules and the abilities. However the app and their website is horribly slow. Everyone on my team, both managers and employees; both Android and iPhone users have issues. Push notifications for a published schedule, time off request, or a message sent doesn’t always work even through the settings are correct. Their helpdesk rarely helpful . They always instructs users to delete and reinstall. Okay, I get that but when it comes to running a business and needing to notify multiple employees or the entire staff of communications, we shouldn’t have to worry if they got the message or not (most times they have not). Not impressed.

slowest app ever i try to get to see my schedule and it has to load for 25 minutes (being serious) they need to make a new one or something JESUS

I used to love it since i can change my availability for work and see my schedule but lately it won’t even load or open for me and i have to ask other people to see my schedule for me because the app literally won’t load. It’s becoming really annoying. please fix this.

i’ve had this app for a month now since i started my new job, i can login completely fine on my browser but i’ve tried many many different times and i can’t get in on the app. please fix this.

The app won’t even let me login but i can do it perfectly fine through a web browser

It needs a little work, for profiles, myself and a few other people our numbers aren’t showing up in the app

Can not login to the app, but when I log on through an internet browser I can get in. What a terrible way to manage an app when you can not login with correct info. Have tried multiple ways to be able to log in as well through many channels. No matter which path I choose I cannot get into the app. Not sure if this is a way to try and buy the not free app, but this has been a terrible experience.
