    Software can be glitchy - but when the same issue remains unfixed for more than six months and there is zero response from “customer service” it’s time to move on. It could be a fun game and some of the graphics are terrific but the lack of any meaningful support and no commitment to address game bugs make this a doomed product.

    The game is great but needs a lot of improvements. Why would you make the price of trees go up just because I am at a higher level? It should be the same price no matter what just like selling blueberries or buying them at level 10 and a level 47. It would save a lot of coins for players to be able to buy new buildings, trees, and animals if you didn’t have to keep driving up the prices of items we use. The global market is not good and needs a lot of improvement. Even when you win one minute market turnover it takes forever for other players markets to load including my neighbors in my group. I’m disappointed that the pets were taken away back in September 2019 which was before I started playing. I read that they would be making a return and I hope they do. Other than driving the prices up and market stalling I love the concept of the game. I even have my kids playing the game and added to my neighborhood. We look forward to the regatta every week. Please look into the tech issues since it seems to be a running theme in the lower starred reviews. I’m giving three stars for now although I’d love to give five if I didn’t have to deal with so many tech issues...that’s why game developers pay big bucks to fix them and it’s still junk. Hope to change my review I’m the near future.

Está semana invertí $ 65.00 en ofertas y es lo peor que pude hacer, completamente ARREPENTIDA!! Me gustaría qué se llevarán el premio y me devuelvan mi dinero por todos los errores de esté juego. Se pueden llevar todo y devolver mi dinero. Ya Funky Bay es solo para personas con mucho dinero! Les deseo mucha suerte la van a necesitar. Gracias

    So many errors you and the expeditions almost impossible to complete unless you are spending actual money.. WHY DOES IT COST 250 energy points for 1 tree? the market is the worse ever same people you show with everything that has already been sold AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

    The only problem it seems, like everyone has, is the market is always sold out, you might get lucky. And talking to the players on Facebook, if it wasn’t for a few good friends or Arnold, we wouldn’t be able to get anything. I don’t want to stop playing, it’s so much fun .

    After playing this game for a few months, and paying money to play it every week to try to help the developers out I feel their customer service is awful, the developers will take your money but they won’t fix the issues in the game! They have a market that runs the same dead pages for months at a time every day, they don’t know how to rectify the situation obviously! It’s truly sad because this could be an amazing game, yet they do nothing to improve what’s wrong with it! They’ve lost a very good paying customer because they’ll not get any more money from me I’ll just be like everybody else and play for free and not feel so cheated

    I cannot even put into words how beyond frustrating, straight up infuriating it is that none of what you do counts towards the “tasks” unless you open that stupid thing every single day. Example. I just harvest 50 fields of tomatoes. BUT since I hadn’t opened the special event “tasks” page yet, I got ZERO credit of those tomatoes toward the 34 daily task. Absolutely infuriating. Like I’m on fire right now. Yes I get it’s just a game. Yes I understand bigger problems in the world. But, well, I’m a stay at home mom with three kids and my games are my escape and this isn’t helping my irritation level any lol.

    Any one in the game can steal products from neighborhood stores! Why have special stores if anyone can get in and steal badly needed items. Also refreshing screens are so slow that dial up onto internet world be faster!     Not enough....not enough available land-everything is jam packed within tight spaces. Not enough room for any decor. Not enough energy earning opportunities-you can easily use up all of your energy within each sub-game in less than a minute-all combined! Of course you can BUY more time but it gets costly FAST. There is never any items available in the market! Other farms will continue to pop up even after all of their goods have already been sold out in the market! VERY frustrating. The expedition boat takes TOO long and doesn’t provide enough goods to make dishes with. Big loads take 10+hours ONE Way and quick trips only provide a few goods. Fun game for about 45 seconds at a time.

    i love this game but i wouldve gave it a 5 star if instead of waiting to find what you need in the markets and by that time someone else bought it you should have a system where you can search for what you need please fix
