    I’ve been driving for Lfyt for 3 years now and my app doesn’t always work correctly. No request for hours in my area support said it’s just slow . Bug I have riders tell me they don’t see a car on app for hours how can that be when I’m out for hours . They always tell me it’s my app . But I can sign out back in like they tell me and no difference. So what’s really going on here in the Northern Ga area . I can other areas app works fine . A mysterious to me .

    If u enjoy being treated like crap for money, then u will love being a Lyft driver. And I’m talking about the company, not riders. A glitchy app will cost u money. And the support won’t care cuz the system didn’t register what happened. A rider will make a mess in ur car. If u don’t report it in less than 2 hours, they won’t help u. I reported a mess on my seats in 3 hours and was told to “have a nice day”. It was Xmas. The jerk didn’t even wish me merry Xmas after they refused to pay the cleaning fee. Uber is way better.

    It’s not the app it’s the people working at Lyft!! I got a new Honda Passport and can’t get these people to register my ride in the app. The drop menu doesn’t include the Passport so I am unable to work. Very disappointed with Lyft , there in no way I can get these people to add my model of Honda in the app. They are sitting in their hands!!

    They queue rides while you’re in a ride with a passenger, without your permission. Sometimes if you cancel the queue you can actually cancel the current ride and get no pay. This app is a cluster fk of frustration and the Lyft support is the worst support I’ve encountered in my entire life. I recommend Uber. Just don’t get involved with Lyft. They don’t care about the drivers. They prioritize passengers over drivers. You don’t have any information on who you’re picking up except the name. Can’t see where they’re going either until the passenger is in your car. So if you get a passenger and you gotta drive 40 minutes, we’ll, too bad, you already accepted him. Avoid

    After 960 rides in 2 months I quit, I’m not working with Lyft anymore If you sign with Lyft you going to wast your time, gas, money, and miles, it’s not worth it, Lyft don’t care about you and your car, I think uber better than Lyft
