    when trying to use controller to remtely use camera the left arrow is totally inoperable. I can be on the left arrow clicking and the right arrow lights and moves the camera right. The other arrows work, mostly, but this is a major flaw. Also cannot turn camera off and on from desktop app. Can only be done in mobile apps. This is a failed desktop app.

    Cameras are inexpensive and easy to install. We have used both the indoor and outdoor models. I also have Nest Cams and Kasa Cams installed. I like the motion-sensing capabilities included with those cameras (without a subscription), but for the price the Yi cams are the best we have tried.

    windows app allows a group of 9 cameras but on mac you can only group 4 cameras love your technology - but the app feels super unpolished

    No abiility to review or download footage saved to their cloud service that i'm paying $10 a month for. The oinly thing this app is good for is to see a live view from a connected camera, otherwise don't bother. I didn't think things could be worse than their mobile app, but here it is!

    learned the hard way.... away and phone broke. downloaded app to discover you need to PAIR the Phone app to the Desk app beforehand... that is sort of like saying you need to print out all of your emails and carry them around with you just in case you don't have internet access. god speed.

    Don't use this app. If you have Symantic AV, this app causes kernel panics and prevents me from logging in. I had to log in via Safe Mode and delete the app. Then i was able to log in normally again. Running OS Catalina 10.15.4
