App is ok to manually record your data readings. But will be good if it was able to average your readings in dates range like the readers do, 7 day, 14 day, 30 days, 90 days or custom dates. I believe that will be useful maybe in the future I can bump a few more stars.

I wish this app lived up to expectations. I could not load the app and successfully enjoy it’s anticipated features. I don’t know if they are “bugs” or what-once the issues are solved, I’m all in. Please make this app successful. Doug White

The app is just a basic way of recording daily readings. You can only look back at the history through a calendar. You have to click on each date to see the readings. Graphing and trend functionality would make app much more useful for me. Was a bit cumbersome in the initial setup.

You have to repeatedly enter your numbers because it does not save them.
  • No apple health support

I’d use this meter/app religiously if it could share data to apple’s health app. DISAPPOINTED!!!

Being a diabetic is tough, but manageable with aid of health professionals, and keeping track yourself. In 2020 the app doesn’t use fingerprint ID for easier access to log data. Instead it “forgets” the last time you logged in even though it’s the same day. Even using the PIN number you create doesn’t work as it will not allow you to press “enter”. A poor excuse for an app, and currently I’m looking for another reader to use to keep records consistently.
  • This app is crap

1 it doesn’t utilize the apple signon capabilities such as Face ID or store credentials in the apple password repository. Add to this it requires you to change your password every 90 days. Pure signon password hell! 2 it requires you to signin every time you use it 3 it doesn’t sync with the apple health app 4 it loses settings made on the reading such as before or after meal. The only positive I can say is the Bluetooth works fairly well.
  • Application failed me

This app had been reliable for me until this week. Suddenly, I have to log in every time I use the app which I didn’t have to do previously. This morning I took my first reading and when I attempt to download to my phone, not only do I have to log in but it also has lost all of my recorded data! What gives?
