    it's a shame that you have to pay 100 bucks extra to upgrade your remote computer to windows 10 Pro so you can use the remote option. So rediculous.

  • Light years beyond the Windows 10 version

    The Windows 10 version of this app doesn't feel like a full-featured finished product. The icon both versions share seem to be about as far as it goes. The Mac version of this client is phenomenal, better in every possible way.

  • Great App - needs printing support

    The app is amazing for flawless connection to Windows computer and working during this pandemic! No issues with connection or using multiple displays from remotely. Only issue I have is the remote printing, some jobs come thru in seconds and others take over minutes! It is very frusturating, can anyone help?

    Unable to access the keyboard which makes using the app useless. Only a special keyboard shows up. Unable to get any support. I am using the brand new Ipad Air.

    The Remote Desktop is a great idea so QBs Desktop users can use it remotely. However, it has many flaws. First being that they haven't figured a way for you to be able to drag and drop files from your desktop to the remote desktop so everything has to be done within the remote desktop. Second, the remote desktop will not stretch between two monitors so you can have QBs open on one side (aka monitor) and your emails and other webpages open in the other. Third, They give you Chrome browser to use, which is great, but it is set up to not save any user information such as logins and bookmarks. This is a pain when you have to do everything from within this program. Fourth, it coninuously loses connection and has to reconnect. It is not my connection to the internet because everything I do for work is over the internet and my other connections on my local desktop is just fine. Fix these fout things and I will give 5 stars.

  • Doesn't work anymore

    I recently upgraded to the most recent version of this app and I completely regret it. It will no longer connect to my work PC. I spent several hours on the phone with IT and we were unable to make it work. In the end, to take several days of time off while I waited for my company to ship my work computer to me.

  • Trouble staying connected and printing remotely

    I am using the MAC version to work remotely form my PC. I have trouble with printing flowing through to the local machine. Also the connection wants to time out. I didn't have these problems when working from PC to PC.

  • Keeps crashing
