    Update- still not working “Oops try again later” Have deleted and reinstalled multiple times. This app has not worked for months now and ATT does not care. “Something went wrong”. “try again later” You think???? Why can’t ATT get its act together? What a joke. Can anyone even get this app to function?

    I have had few issues with the app or WatchTV service. For the price I think it’s a great compliment to get the additional channels you may want. OWN HGTV WETV Animal Planet to name a few. I love love love it. Missing BRAVO
  • Ridiculous False Advertising

    And did I mention the ADVERTISING? I put it in all caps because that is all you will see, if you manage to log in. This “service” was one of the reasons I changed my plan, and it worked for a little while, but was horribly designed and filled with ads worse then a windows computer with 50 Trojan horses. I recently spent a ridiculous amount of money on a new device, only to discover I can no longer log in. I recently bought an Apple TV and tried logging in on the TV- it was a “no go”. It said I needed a subscription, which is funny because it’s supposed to be free with my plan. On my iOS device I tried logging in with the same way I logged in before, and it said it no longer supported “merged accounts” and forced me to get a new email with att.net (conveniently giving all my personal info to Yahoo! including date of birth). After taking the time to verify my account, get a new email, I finally try to log in with the new email, and still, epic fail. Don’t bother getting this on iOS or Apple TV. AT&T I have been with you since the first iPhone came out, and am absolutely disgusted with how much you have ripped off your loyal customers time and time again with scams like this “free TV service”, the random throttling of data with no warning, and other ways you make our devices completely USELESS (like this app).

    One device at a time is an understatement, you can’t even switch from one device to another without having to wait 15 minutes. Stop being so stingy.

    I have to think that most of the negative reviews have been made because of the issues with logging in and getting the app running. Once I figured that out it has been a great app. I have had no issues whatsoever with it since my initial troubles getting it up and running. Sad to see that it is no longer available with my AT&T phone program. I have ‘cut the cable’ and this gives my 30 channels that compliment my HD antenna with cable channels.

    I’ve had this app for several months . Did the update and it still won’t even open. Did the updates, etc. All I get is a message” Oops, something went wrong, please try again later”. Same message for 4 months... zero stars, except I have to give one to send my review
