  • Still an absolutely essential tool

This is the first thing I install on all new computers and iOS devices. Not only does it help prevent most phishing attacks (it warns you if the domains don't match and every single app and site I use has a totally different random password) but it's a secure "database" for credit card numbers, documents etc. Gives me peace of mind that even if something awful happened to my originals, I'd have the information necessary to get them replaced.
  • Really annoying now.

This was a nice, funtional app. Now it is horribly intrusive and requires me to log in way, way too frequently. Ans what is with getting in my face on everywebsite, when I might just want to use Apple's own, much more functional, passage strorage. If it continues, you will be replaced.
  • Horrible software

I tried this out, it is hard to use. It kept on making duplicate entries for my login pages. And then when I wanted to change a password, it would assign it to the duplicate entry. Still, when I used that new password on the website, it didn't work and I got locked out. Throw in no chat and phone service, and there is no way I am going to subscribe.
  • Disappointed with the new subscription model

I have been using this app since it was first released. Loved the simplicity and functionality to manage passwords across all my Apple devices. At this point, this subscription model does not make sense for what it does. If you are using the latest macOS Catalina, Safari extension no longer works for 1Password 6, so you are forced to upgrade to 7 if you need the browser extension to work in Safari. There is an option to buy standalone license, but it was not intuitative to get there. Even when you purchase the standalone license, some features are reserved for the subscription option. Also I use icloud to synce my passwords, I don't want to use yet another cloud service to store them. So please stop pushing your cloud option when people are absolutely fine with icloud. Bad move, 1Password!
  • Please add a manual sync button

This kind of makes me miss Lastpass, but I like having desktop apps and 2FA, etc. I just wish it was a lot faster at syncing (not 1 hour or more) and knew to autofill starred accounts over unstarred accounts. A manual sync button would make life so much easier as I have to wait hours before changes show up.
  • Remove the annoying pop-up, please!

Guys, I am NEVER going to use your subscription to store my "vault" in your cloud thingy. NEVER. So please will you stop asking me every single time I run 1password on my MacBook? Please?! It is so annoying! I use iCloud to sync my passwords across devices, and that's it. No need to dilute my security further and expand to other clouds of yours! Than you!

As a 1PW user for several years, the latest version has INTRUDED on my login to a network I've used regularly. The new 1PW will ask you to Save the PW of sites, and when you are not logged on, you have to re-enter the info. This happened to me 3 times and I was LOCKED out of access to my site. Hey, THIS ISNT SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN! I am extremely upset about this and other issues. I am about to cancel my subscription. Sorry, you seem like a decent company, but you really screwed up on this update.

  • quick password generator.

I would love if 1Password had an easy way to generate passwords without creating a login item. Something simple on the left hand side "random password generator". It’s annoying that I either: 1. Have to create a password item generate the password then cancel the item. Or 2. Have a 3rd party app that does it for its only function, which is what I do most often now. Technically you could even put it on the lock screen, so you don’t have to unlock 1Password to create the password. Quick and simple. __________________ Also please have the special character select. Again, have to use a 3rd party app.
