  • Constant crashing, terrible support team

    UPDATE JUNE 20: SINCE MY ORIGINAL POST I HAVE NOW BEEN BILLED AGAIN FOR A YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION. I DONT EVEN USE THE APP ANYMORE! WHEN I TRIED TO GET MY 89.00 THEY SAID SORRY, WE SONT DO REFUNDS! EVEN THOUGH THE APP IS TRASH, AND I CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION A YEAR AGO. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE BLOWS. To the developers of this app, you’re terrible. Ever since I’ve downloaded this app I have had constant problems. It will work and update for a few days the completely revert to the first week or training. When you contact the support team too many times, they block you. If you as for a refund, they say, we don’t do that. Sorry. What? I’ve reached out to Ashley, and the developers, but nothing. Not worth the 80 or so dollars. You’re better off buying a PDF manual from anyone but this. Huge fan of Ashley’s, but dear lord, maybe try a new app developer because this was just garbage.

    I paid $89.99 for an app that keeps crashing...I may as well go back to the bodybuilding.com app but am waiting to get my money back. I barely started on week 2

    I feel sort for Ashley. This company is terrible, steal your money, refuse to help you, and they are tarnishing her reputation.

    As other reviews have said, this app has bugs and glitches, it freezes and kicks me out of the app completely. I did like the workouts, but I don’t even try to open the app anymore. It’s sooooo frustrating. Waste of money. The app would be great if it actually worked or got updated.

    So I got a new phone and when I tried to log in from it, it is trying to go me to buy it again and I already have an account. But it won’t let me log in with my old email etc.. HELP So I sent a second email and waiting for a reply. Please get back to me

  • App is glitchy

    This app is extremely glitchy. I’ve been using and paying a monthly membership since 9/2018 and never saw a new program . I’ve contacted tech support numerous times and they are extremely nice with trying to accommodate me but couldn’t seem to troubleshoot the issue. I’m guessing it’s because I have the iphone6s which is an older version . I suggest warning customers with older iPhones the app may not work. Such a shame because I did enjoy the first workouts.

    I’m a huge fan of Ashley and also used her fitplan app. I was excited when she launched her own app but it is so frustrating to try and use. It malfunctions and times out repeatedly, anytime I tried to move on to the next exercise it would close out the whole day or shut down the app. I hope that these issues get worked on and I can try it again.

    Keeps freezing and closing when starting workouts. If you can fix that then it’s 5 stars! Great workouts and keeping it different each time!
