I adore this app... it’s quite addicting, and I love the creativity put into it. I like it mostly for its fashion and clothes, as all the designs are diverse and lovely. I appreciate that you are open to all genders, races, body types, etc. I also immensely enjoy communicating with my friends through the poses and messages. Almost everything is running smoothly, although I do have a few crashes from time to time. The only thing I’m a bit confused about is the actions you can complete to earn Zems. Now, I love this feature and have earned a reasonable amount of Zems from it, but there are MANY times when I’ve completed an action but haven’t earned any Zems. I frequently go to complete a survey, and in the description of the action it says that it’s a single, short, survey, yet when I click and complete the survey it leads me to another, which leads me to another and so on. It’s confusing and brings me to a lot of random links in a row, which is strange. And when I go back to the app to see if I’ve earned any Zems for all those surveys, I see that I haven’t, which is a big waste of my time. And the actions that don’t require money are becoming more and more limited, and you are earning less and less Zems with more complicated actions. I’m also quite concerned with the fact that most of the surveys ask for your zip code, and I don’t see how it would be useful to the said purpose of the survey. And I have a question, is it possible for users to create hairs and facial features? I am asking out of curiosity and not requesting for it to be possible, although it would be much more convenient if it is possible. I will be grateful if you can clear this up by replying. That is all! I overall love this app, it’s fun and creative. I also do not believe in the rumors concerning user’s privacy, as I personally have never experienced any strange noises or the app using my camera or microphone without my permission. Thank you for your hard work, I appreciate your team for putting so much effort into this app. I wish the best for you 🙂

The game keeps crashing and laggy and when the last day I used it it was a really scary ugly person their lips are freaking me out and I wasted a lot of money.

The app keeps crashing before it can even finish loading. I’m not sure if it’s just me who is having this problem, but I would like for that to kinda stop. Still love the app tho ❤️.

I give the a one it’s bad for kids and it asked me for MY FACe ID and photo I searched about it and Shane Dawson posted something and IT was zepeto that’s why it said only 12+ but if u go to random games it puts u in the school BUT it’s has blood and everything idk if they changed it or what.but I fell scared just putting what I can remember from what happened when I was little this hurts but if u are going through this your not alone I went though it and u just DELETE THE app they stalk and to see what ppl have said on YouTube is crazy I have serving all night for a answer but I just can’t put my finger on it it’s always the no music becase they want to hear I or the white speaker I think ppl call it it’s wear u hEAR the moveing ANd the fussy sound but if someone says something back and says it’s a glitch NO it’s not They stalk u I’m lucky I don’t live in Japan if u do they go every u go and it’s CRAZY.When I would get Stuff from random ppl I put it behind my back BUT u are half the time playing with the Stalkers.which is scary.butim scared to think about the game I’m going to have night mares when sleeping about is it true or not and the sounds let me know if there is more behind it this is just my thing I heared on tik tok and YouTube and when I was trying it. I deleted the app so fast.u guys are saying it’s just a rumor it’s more than just a rumor .back in June 1 I was like oh this game looks cool but I wish I never said that I was in my room and my sister said hey do u have that app named zepeto I said yeah why?My sister said that there chrashing and stalkers so I was like 6 at the time and I didn’t know what danger I was in so I looked it up so it was not a rumor there are bots playing with u half the time and......pt.2 comeing.....

Surveys are all samplicio and samplicio is crappy because it’s always taking me to other surveys that always crash. Actually the surveys in general do this it’s so crappy cuz it’s hard to earn zems. Especially since this is all that’s left after the simple offers like watching an add of searching things for 1 zen disappeared, all that’s left is either payed things that I can’t do cuz I’m a kid, or crappy surveys and quizzes that trick you! 😡 that’s why it’s gone from 5 to 3 stars please fix this 😭😭😭

I have this app to see if my cousin is telling the truth because she said she got this game and watched a video about a girl playing this and when she changed her avatar she tried walking out and the avatar was different and my cousin tried it and the same thing happened she also said this game can track you and take you away so I’m looking at the comments and most of them are good.

It once saved my account and it stopped and I got so upset so can you please save accounts because I deleted the app and I want my account back it was so much work for me to get my stuff so can you help me please😭😭😭😭

For the photobooth... can we get more kissing poses on “lovely”? I understand that there are children on this app and you don’t wanna be “inappropriate” but it’d be nice to see more poses where the characters are actually kissing. Not like “seconds before kiss” but like actually licking lips. I’m sorry if this a weird review lol
