drag over a picture and it names my camera but says shutter count is 0. That's not true. Then connect my camera to the app and it says not supported. Great, thank goodness it was only a dollar. have a canon 6d mark ii.

Downloaded with no problem and accepts images from my Canon 5D III camera… but, unfortunately, will not show the shutter count.

As already mentioned, gives camera and lens info but no shutter count! Very very disappointing! Look for alternatives!
  • Works for me!

Super easy! I needed something that could read both camera models and this did it. Worked for my Fuji XT20 and my Canon 5D Mark III For Fuji: Don't forget to take the photo straight from the card (not after it's been imported to something like Lightroom) For Canon: I have 2 USB ports on my MacBook pro and only one of them worked to connect. All to say, if you try one port and it doesn't connect, try the other and it likely will.
  • Does not work at all.
