  • Love it but needs help

This is a great app BUT the developer needs to fix lots of glitches on this app. I have to click any button four times to get it to work. The edit response button does not work. When I try to add an entry on a previous date, the entry does not save on my calendar. You have to click on “the video” which then takes you to another page which asked you to click on “the video” again to open an audio recording which makes no sense to me. If they could fix this stuff (and talk to me like an adult instead of a 12 year old) it would be amazing!
  • Update is terrible

This app has helped save my life. I have not used on multiple occasions because I didn’t want to see a red mark on my victory calendar. But the update is absolute garbage. I get very frustrated using the app now. I have to click four different buttons just to find my sobriety counter. Victory calendar is also tedious to get to. Before, the counter and calendar were right there on the front page. Lots of bugs too- very glitchy now. Wish it was back the way it was!

I have enough negativity in my life and there’s enough in the world that when I leave reviews it’s because I want something I think I see that this app is only four days old and I am just amazed at the technology and the science and everything that goes into it to help us at Alex and uncle Alex I’m currently a PhD student psychology because I wanna do more research on this topic as I don’t think there’s enough being done. This app is very interactive which I will actually say in the beginning makes it a little little little bit confusing but if you don’t give up and stick with it you’ll figure it out and it’s just one more tool we can use to help stay clean and sober I know I need everything I can get. If I use this in conjunction with the 12 step meetings I go to in the program I work I just feel like I strengthen my recovery that much more. I’m a chronic relapse or in the 12-step rooms so I personally believe that for some people for a lot of us that’s not enough however a lot of stone do all the work that maybe doing work here will take the place of that I don’t think it’s a one size fits all you have to go here type situation so I appreciate that the developer of this app took obviously with us a lot of time and effort to make this something science-based and very interactive and receive results and see setbacks and it’s amazing. I can’t wait for more people to join to interact with in the future. I just think that this is great and thank the people who created it so much.
