    These cameras worked great with this app until a recent update that has made it very difficult to use. Have to disable wifi on my device and access with my cellular plan. The ability to pan camera is intermittent.

    I bought this camera a while back and it seemed pretty descent. So I put it out on my window facing outside. A few month passes and I keep hearing the camera sound go off in the middle of the night. I pay no attention to it because I thought the sound means they detected people moving. But one day I woke to the sound and looked at the camera the camera was facing us and the camera kept moving looking around the room. I immediately unplugged the camera and my husband told me the same day that the sound means that someone was on the camera. I have 2 little kids that sleep in the same room with me and it just haunts me that a stranger was watching me and my family for months as well as listening into our conversations day and night. Please be aware of this big issue and consider the problem of buying this product. Stay safe everyone.

    My camara was working fine until the last update, now it won’t send me alerts or notifications I got this for security, but I can’t even get notification fix it

    You are basically required to subscribe to an overpriced cloud service. You get a 5 day free trial with no way to unsubscribe. I’ve searched and found only one way to unsubscribe and nothing is available in the app to unsubscribe. Cameras are fair. Even with a wired connection they lose signal.

    This app is actually the digit cam apps saving grace.flip flopping between the 2 of them has kept me using the cam. Which is actually decent for what it does. The coverage of the servo is nice and motion tracking does work, pulling the eye towards the movement. You also have to use the settings appropriately. The motion cruise sensor would not be advised in a snow or rain storm. Picks up fog. Does it’s job. Intermediate geek knowledge is required but the last update works well. Camera functionality. Finally. I have the victure outdoor cam with the remote servo for panning etc.

    My issue I am having is with trying to add the camera and connect it to my wifi this should not be hard many errors asking for qc that doesn’t exist
