    is essentially a type of therapy that we all need in these very difficult times. Most of us associate age with lagging brain power but really that is not so. The exercises are well developed and are the kind of relaxation and challenge that are just plain fun but very beneficial. You’ll be glad you did!

    Loved this app and kinda depended on it to ease my anxiety so I could sleep quite frequently. Now all the sudden I can’t access my account and I can’t make a new one. I tried resetting my password but it just sends me a link that leads me opening 9 million apps and still can’t get in. So disappointing. I haven’t been able to sleep it’s 8am already and no sleep. Idk what else to do

    After a few months of diligently using this app and meditating on a daily basis, I have finished all of them and would love more to choose from. It gets boring listening to the same ones over and over. I love it but want more new ones. The sleep meditations are the best!!

    Got a new phone and can no longer log in to app. Tried restarting phone, deleting and reinstalling the app - nothing.

    iPads are primarily used in landscape mode and you have zero support for landscape mode. There are over 800 million iPads and most are used in landscape mode due to comfort on your lap or bed, prevalent case design, or keyboards. When will this be fixed?

    I have been using this app and the girl talking has a soothing voice and this app has helped me release tension and fall asleep better. I have Insomnia and every night before I go to bed I do a session and I feel like it helps so much

    i gotta say, this is amazing. there are so many free sessions. youre not constantly bombarded with “oh purchase our membership.” i get it’s a business but some of us don’t have the money. i never write reviews but this one is worth it. i’m going to be using this everyday.

    I opened the app excited and ready to use it but there is one problem. I can select options but I after that I cant get past the loading screen. I just want this glitch to be fixed.
