When I played this game it was an awesome game when I just recently got all the progress in about to get Roone but for some reason someone keeps getting into my game area keeps saying someone entered my account which was I was on guest account But I switched to my Facebook account all my progress all the hard work went down and this really took the cake of me almost quitting this game If you truly do care about this game and people playing this I want you guys take these 5 things to Heart 1. Bring back my old hard progress Because I switch the Facebook I thought I’d keep my old progress and all the hard work I put into it I thought I’ll be doing more and more better but I was wrong every since just switch to Facebook account everything that I work hard for is gone Please bring it back!!!! 2. Stop with a limited time only Because I don’t wanna spend money for diamonds normally our earn it by doing campaigns and other stuff on this game because I don’t get more diamonds because I have to spend real money to get it I find this limited time only very unfair because I don’t have enough time to grab those things and you make it very very very hard to get because you want me to spend money on these things what you could provide for free I am stress And frustratedBecause skins to backgrounds two new characters and who designs for these characters here I’m not able to get them in time can you please for the love of Pete that you stop Limited time only. 3. give us 200 gems per month. The reason I say number three with 200 gems per month it would be nice that you can do that because it helps us not only to save money for getting more gems but it helps us to know that the developers like you who make this game care for us and help us keep playing this so I really hope you can think about that because it really does make a big difference. 4. stop giving us crap characters are the same characters when we build new shape characters on heavy light or special. This is a big one but I’ll make it short and we character I make with these cubes which helps us make different shapes characters there’s light heavy or special and every time I click special it gives me same old crap characters every time but rarely gives me 3 to 5 stars or the very rare ones I do ask you how to really update that problem I like to get enterprise and other other characters that I used to have a long time ago and I ask you please to fix this because I do not want to have the same old crappy characters every time because if it does it makes me want to leave the game even more so please do fix this problem as well. 5. Stop making it hard for us Now this is a little bit more from how I feel ever since I played this on guest account which I now switched to my Facebook account I want you to make it more easier for us to get diamonds accomplish getting diamonds and get just make it easy for us to you know from around and get stuff and helps us keep on going for because I would love to get more gems and get new characters design new characters and it would be so much amazing if you can actually help us with the problem and update it because if you do update this I’ll be very very happy and many people will be very happy because you are making it easier for us to get diamonds while on missions and on quest if you can do that please do fix this problem as well. bonus Roon This one is one of my top favorite characters I would love to create on this awesome game here this is a character I want to get now she only has 25 to 24 or 23 days left before you take her off the game now I find it very unfair for many people but I do want you to keep her in the game where we can actually get her in a special area so when we design a ship she can be in that category but people like me don’t want to spend gems which I’m hoping you can fix that problem and provide us the 200 gems at least to help us keep on going to make chips or or anything else that helps us going along our way but this character I want to use in this game but in 23 days she might be removed and I do ask you please put roon into the special area where we can win this character or get it off of a campaign please do you fix days inn please take this to heart.

Hello devs. I’m a player who had played this game for one year. Recently I played in the operation siren event, but I had encountered a problem where my iPad keeps crashing and overheating. This does not happen when I play with the other game modes. Hope the problems will be fixed. Thanks in advance, and wish you all a merry Christmas and happy new year.

I’m a f2p and I get on frequently long story short i lost my gems cause I don’t buy anything. Customer support was about as helpful as a 5th wheel on a wagon. Cs was also pretty mean to me. Long story short pay your overlord occasionally or loose everything.

I have the game and it is downloaded but it will stop on the loading screen before you get to play and then shuts me out of the game does anyone know how to fix this

my favorite gacha game. been playing since servers launched. has everything i want. waifus and super f2p. i still spend a lot of money but it’s all to buy skins for my waifus. best game ever 10/10

Pros: Beautiful artwork, decent story, nice soundtrack, rich in special events, useful daily login bonuses, great character enhancement system, solid resource management system, fun dorm decorating, intriguing side quests, and creators were able to tie in the military history of each ship in a balanced manner. Cons: Gatcha system is a little off kilter, characters need more personal storylines and quests to break free of anime character stereotypes, storyline is fixed regardless of what starter ship you pick (you are always on Azur Lane’s side even if you starting ship would have been on the other side), some of the character designs are hyper-sexualized (especially ones that are supposed to resemble children), there is no way to restart your game without contacting the devs directly, the servers are prone to data wipes during maintenance (devs expect players to coordinate their own backup prior to maintenance), and the merchant shop prices are all over the place. Overall it is a good game with flaws that can attract consumers with its cons but lose them just as quickly when the cons start rearing their ugly heads.
