Rise of Empires: Fire and War

1) The animated graphics, particularly outside the “castle” are glitch-filled to the point of being absurd and laughable. This points at the nouveau philosophy; no matter how lousy something might be... just make it look really, really good. It is somewhat surprising that something like this passed AAPL’s QA, or at least the way AAPL used to be. Surely that their payment processing will not fail like their graphics subroutines do. Otherwise, they would have been out of business long ago. 2) Rotational screen has been, once again, invented decades ago. Unfortunately, it probably hasn’t yet hit the Indonesian coding sweat shop where this program was written. The screen displays only one way/one direction. Maybe the coder could consider adding a few lines of code so the screen, although vertically oriented, can rotate 180 degrees, and the game enjoyed while the user’s device is charging? This is particularly important with tablets, since hardware engineers only include one charging port in their tablets, which coupled to the programs’ uni-directional display orientation makes the program practically unplayable on a tablet. So, why offer the tablet version, guys? It is not like yours is ground-breaking technology coming out over the last few weeks, or months. The application of technology to address both of the above points has been around for decades now. 3) Program dynamic and structure implemented. As with all of these types of games, it benefits the paying player. We all know that when we download the game. The problem is with the idiotic idea of adding a new WMD, the dragon, at level 19, 6 levels before the top level. Players religiously increase their might through all these levels until... somebody gets to level 19, and gets the dragon weapon, which vaporizes any other player in nanoseconds, from any distance (why display the make-believe whole province, then?), and regardless of purchased protective measures. Yes, there is an anti-dragon weapon. Unfortunately, it can’t be obtained until the player reaches level 19, as well. Of course that the dragon and anti-dragon weapon are full of glitches as well. Now you may see where this is going. First, there were 1 or 2 dragons. Within a few minutes there will be a handful of those, which will vaporize just about every single player in the whole “province”. Game over. Although, there were 6 more levels to go... In other words - why bother? Such structure is counterproductive to the entire premise of the game. Factually, such structure might be federally regulated under unfair and deceptive electronic trade practices with the purpose of financial gain, don’t you guys think? Alternatively, you may call the game - GYMDR (Gimme Your Money Dragon Race)? Let me write your response for you. Although, I seriously doubt this review will ever see the light of day - We are aware of this problem and are working at addressing it. Thank you for your feedback. Fact: The software will touch up graphics a tad, and change the name to: Rise More Money.

Scam the explorer supposedly gives you 500 gold coins but it is not true and if you look at the commercials he supposedly gives you another 500 gold but I have seen the commercials and it does not give me anything my coins are still the same

For the new upgrade u remove the option to yo choose other technology u can find on the left option... now is no available ... Why u remove it?

I’ve never seen a more misrepresented and falsely advertised game PERIOD. They stole game footage from age of empires and command and conquer. Then claim the game was made off the original rise of empires from decades ago. I’ve played the original and it’s a board game text based game there’s no moving parts no building. Why don’t you man up and admit your game is the same rts garbage as all the rest? If you had one original idea I’d have a heart attack

I bought a package of items that was being advertised in the game for $ 4.99 but instead, it charged 21.99 from my debit card.

I feel ripped off. I was enjoying the game. I have my Castle at lvl. 6 but then I traded resources at the trade center and did not receive my gold. . . I just kinda gave away resources without anything in return, I am very unhappy.

I downloaded it because I saw the add that showed it as this game Red Alert I used to play. Downloaded it and it’s not that game AT ALL. Liars.

iPhone 11 Pro Max. The only thing that I can do is click on the castle or the other two buildings. Just downloaded it a few minutes ago and there’s no buttons or options to actually interact or do anything in the game. Not sure why this is even on the App Store...

Not enough depth. After spending countless hours and money after a few weeks of play it gets really boring with the same thing over and over. Try Sim City it surprisingly has way more depth and you don't get random people stealing from your city if you're inactive. Terrible game Dynamics that feel really bad in this game and if you're not willing to pay real money you'll have a bad experience. Simcity at least rewards you if you opt war. Just my 2 cents tho

Please fix the alliance donation. I can’t donate to what I want anymore from the side menu inside the castle. It’s making it very difficult to donate at all. It seems to only affect iOS users.
