  • Have to reinstall constantly

    I have to delete and reinstall it every week because it gets stuck and doesn’t load the page, or let me log in. Once I reinstall it it works fine. But it’s problematic when I can’t clock-in punches to social distance at work.

    I just can’t seem to get this app or the A to Z website on mobile to work the way it was intended. I can only view my schedule and punches (I have to refresh page and make a selection in the millisecond the page loads, otherwise I can’t select anything). And I can only view VTO and VET, but I can’t select any and I can’t clock in or out. Whenever I try to make a selection, nothing happens. It’s like the buttons don’t link to anywhere. I have the latest app update and latest iOS version on my phone. I don’t get it. EDIT: If you’re having the same problem like I described, you need to disable any adblocker you are using. Seems to have fixed the issue for me.

    It is very difficult to punch in on the phone because you cannot connect to a to Z reliably. I think a larger subnet of IP addresses needs to be available for all of the folks punching in using their phones.

    Hi I am Isabel Cuyar from Omaha. The system of picking up shifts should be a different one due to the the difficulty to pick up the shifts. I am being working for two years and now is almost imposible to grab shifts. When I slice down to see one it takes more than one second, so when the screen appears, all are gone. Thanks

    The app is constantly freezing, and clicking things it shouldn’t be clicking. I have had various errors occur at work due to this app. They need to work out the details.

    The app has good concept but the bugs is killing it especially on iPhone and for a big corporation like AMAZON this is unacceptable I haven’t been paid in 3 weeks because the system won’t let me punch in or out saying I’m inactive call erc no help there I can’t visit any link on the app because of this can’t talk to HR cuz well there is no more HR Due to COVID
