    I like the app but find it difficult to find my sets once they are not highlighted on the bottom. Also very hard to figure out how to trade and what the “rules” are.

    The app itself is a great concept and fun. We were excited to download this after attending the D23 expo in 2019. Some of the collections are very beautiful and it does become an obsession to try and obtain the “rare” cards. When I first attempted trading, fans were helpful and eager to assist others in completing their sets. Now there is a weird mix of players that “sell” cards and add more tradable “value” than the game marked rarity values that have been set. The trading culture of fans is the turn off and if you are a completist you will be spending ALOT of money to fill that OCD. I cannot imagine younger players to be treated fairly by some of the greedy hoarders that dominate the trade feed. Doing the math at what a VIP player would entail for the entire year is 2-3 times of a D23 gold membership for non tangible objects.... yet we Disney fans are suckers for all things Disney and I too will fall victim to keep fueling this addiction 😭😖💸💸💸

    I downloaded this as a joke... I’m addicted now.. seriously so amazing- definitely worth a download For the admin- my only complaint is that there’s too many “special” missions... and maybe there could be some way to clear it out? Like if you don’t wanna do that mission, just swipe it away and if you do end up completing it- you get the reward. So maybe have something to hide unwanted missions? Thank you for the hours of fun you’ve given me! ❤️Paige

    Currently only loads when using cell data. When connected to WiFi, the app loading stalls at 80% then gives an error message (devices have been restarted, iOS updated, app uninstalled/reinstalled, cache has been cleared, WiFi does not block any other apps or websites).

    I like this app because I like the idea of "collecting" things without them taking up real space in my physical house. And especially Disney things! The only thing that would make it 5 stars for me would be a "search by character" function. For example I don't care what kind of card it is, I just want all the Pocahontas cards. I don't actually trade with people at all because it takes too dang long sorting through every single card to request 1 Pocahontas card.

    This game used to be fun. Now with the last two or three updates it has become full of glitches, errors, & freezes. Trading is absolutely awful. I always get the same 15-20 ppl when I search for trade partners and hardly anyone will ever trade. Surely there are more ppl playing the game than this. The crafting screen is an overloaded mess of crap. Why can’t you give us an option to expand/contract the different crafting categories like you do on the missions screen? And last but not least, how does everyone else seemingly have every card in a 50 card set with 3 variants (150 cards ttl) almost a minute after release?

    The app gives odds of 1:20 for certain collections but usually 1:90 gets me nothing. If the basic information isn’t accurate, I have to assume the purchase portion is also rigged. The trading portion is unwieldy. It is difficult to locate who wants cards you would like to trade. Customer service is not helpful. I tried to watch ads for free coins. The icon indicating the coins are being added to my account displays but the counter doesn’t change. Response from customer service is ads are separate and they don’t support them. So obviously, there is no reason to watch the ads. I do spend money on apps if I think I will get a reasonable return on my money and the developers put an effort into the experience. Even though there are some beautifully designed cards, this app currently doesn’t provide a good return on time or money.

    Okay if a pack says 1 and 10 odds it should be 1 and 10 odds not freaking 100 packs open and still don’t get the daily card I even spent real money and still can’t get the card, the trades are lack luster at best should take a note from Neomob in fact everyon should try that app instead at least they have better odds
