    As most like any HP fan, I downloaded this app. Toon screen recordings of the “snowflake” bonuses. - there are other bonuses of but I’ll start here as it’s the most glaring issue game to game. For background, when you advance a handful of levels on your Hogwarts journey, you have spaces with “snowflakes” in them. If you beat the level the first time it is a X3 multiplier. (As all apps go, capture enough snowflakes here is a prize). When I first realized the level of “snowflakes” tallied were not proportional to the amount of tiles I visibly saw capture in a sequence. I screen recorded. This one example. I captured 10 snowflakes (first try), in an 18 win streak. Should be 10x3= 30. Nope 21 was what I received. This doesn’t even capture the moves I had left after “victory” was announced NOR remaining snowflakes when the app “finished the level for me”. If the developers are designing DIRTY rules. Warn your children who may enjoy Harry Potter!! They are cheating you to try and force you to buy more upgrades. And don’t get me starting on what I discovered about the “Creature power ups” Dear Developers, If a human can screen record on their phone and visually count what is needed for an upgrade and you are going to purposely cut than by 20-35% be better.

    I love the game! Iv often spent money I shouldn’t have! Bit what upsets me mos is when I take time to watch the ads for time reduction for gold or Trophies and the time doesn’t decrease or a trophy isn’t giving. More often time reduction doesn’t happen. Hey Developers fix this please. It would be nice to gift more things to each other as well. I mean really. Must I spend so much money to get some spells or gold. How about letting team members helping each other out. It is Hogwarts by all means!

    I love this game! The only thing is the avatar/wand stuff. I think that you should hav more wand choices and allow people that o change the wand. For the avatar I think you should have more choices on... everything. Mainly the hair. You should also have a thing where if you want, you can make it be EXACTLY like any Harry Potter character.( Harry, Hermione, Ron, Malloy, Ginny, Luna, Dumbledore; etc) That is all. - PotterGirl

    Puzzles are challenging but winnable if you are patient, play regularly, and watch adds to get cash or if you are willing to spend cash. Here’s the problem: You can’t advance and get benefits if you are not in a club. If your club only has one officer and that person doesn’t play, your club is toast & so are you. Customer support only says “oh well.”

    When you reach a milestone that takes forever to reach and it says lives have been refilled, it’s really not fun when you already have full lives. Cant you add them on?? It’s annoying.

    HP P&S’s is the most funnest game I’ve ever played. The developers listened to user comments and make the game better and better. It is simply a lot of fun. Sure, it’s a 3-gem-match game = at first = but then they throw in spells, bombs, chocolate frogs, and it goes on and on, wilder and crazier. Forget role-play and shoot-em-ups and mystery-hard-to-figure-out games; just let your self have fun fun fun !!!
