    I really love this App.. what I hate is that every month I have to erase n restart my app because it’s not working it crashes !! I’ve updated my phone a lot of times.. I’ve payed for 5 Subscriptions Pls fix your App

    I’ve been using this app consistently for 2.5 months now. I’ve done only the home workouts and find them challenging BUT I do have some criticisms too. My biggest gripe is that after 2.5 months of workouts, the exercises never change. Reps increase, sets increase but the exercises we’re doing are the same week after week. I’m sufficiently bored now. My second complaint is the duration listed on each workout are way off especially the further you get into the workouts. I’ve taken to starting my stopwatch to see just how far off they are. Today was legs and booty listed as 32 minutes. After reviewing the content before starting I knew it would take far longer than 32 minutes. In reality it took 58 minutes and I do not take anymore than the prescribed rest time. I don’t expect it to be spot on but I expect it to be far less than 25 minutes off. The third gripe is with the app itself. Don’t exit out of the app to change a song or answer a text. When you resume the workout the app goes nutty and starts advancing through all the workouts without prompting. I have to close the app completely, restart the workout and advance to the place I left off. The fourth and final thought is the ab workouts are advanced and way harder than every other workout. I’m in good shape and can’t get through any of them without extensive modifications. I follow Anita on IG and really do enjoy her content. I just wish the exercises changed with time. I will likely move on to other workouts soon as I’m no longer excited about doing these workouts anymore.

    I’ve been following Anita for awhile now and love her workouts. I bought the app thinking it was in line with her challenges but it’s not even close. Was hoping I would be able to set my exercises for the workout that Anita gave me in her challenges but you can’t. The app leaves quite a bit to be desired and is barely the minimum. Anita is great at what she does and this app isn’t. Tried contacting the support for help and couldn’t even find a place to email them. Paid for a year because that’s how much I’m sure Anita’s plans work but if I’m already getting the personalized plans from her then why can’t I tailor the app to it? Hopefully they’ll be more changes to come.

    The app is missing rest periods between some sets. On shoulder days followed by back day there is a repeat of two of the exercises. On the leg press both feet on the smith machine it says per side. One ab and calce day it says 20 but I’m not sure if it’s per side because it doesn’t say. . I have contacted the developer via email and have not received any feedback. Hoping to get some answers especially after I purchased the app for a year.

    So these workouts are amazing! I'm absolutely loving the content of the app 100%!!! Buttt the app leaves A LOT to be desired. It glitches on us the entire time we use it causing a 38 minute workout to take up to an hour. If you swipe back or need to go out of it to change your music you can't just pick right back up you have to scroll through it all again and then you are lucky if it works properly after that. For my husband and I we have unfortunately not had one night yet where we have gone through the whole workout without it going haywire. Also I wanted to load it on my iPad also under the same user ID but it won't let me. It keeps kicking me back to the purchase screen when I put in my username and password. I paid for it though so I'm not ready to give up just yet. Anita Herbert is one of the best I've come across and just for that I'll keep trying.

  • Great Workouts, but some small complaints

    1st off, Anita’s workouts are great. They are challenging, not boring, & I am sweating at the end! However, I wish it was easier to scan through the workout & see what equipment/machines are needed for your sets. I belong to a busy gym, and running around to 3 different machines in one superset can be difficult. It makes me “start” the workout when I just want to see what’s needed & what I may need to adapt because someone else is using what I need. Also, a little more instructions with the exercise would be nice. Example: I struggled with foot placement doing the Good Morning/Squat combo move on the Smith machine. But I like that everything is planned out for me.

    The app is missing instructions. It does not tell you how to properly execute and exercise. It shows Anita performing the exercise but that doesn’t tell you how to do it properly. Feet shoulder width apart? Or wider? Pushing with your glutes? Or Pushing using your quads? Legs at 90 degrees? It’s hard to tell how to properly do it by just watching the video. Instructions need to be added. If a person doesn’t know how to do an exercise properly, they could easily get injured. It’s also missing time between sets. Right now it looks like there is not rest time between sets. It shows rest time between exercises but it doesn’t track the time between sets.
