    I can’t take down my release rn I used to be able to but it’s always been kinda funny I can’t even see the text properly to take down the release, and it’s having service issues hope this gets fixed soon I only re-recorded some new tracks and uploaded a new version of the album two days later than planned but it won’t lemme take up the other version with a lot of throwaway tracks

    I am an artist and I was working on releasing my first song. Since it was my first song UM says they will create Spotify and Apple Music profiles for u upon release; only for them to post it on some random persons profile on Spotify and not even post it on Apple Music. Big waste of money

    United masters logged me out of my account I’ve reset my pass 6 times already reset my phones uninstalled the app and it doesn’t work there’s always this 401 error that’s unacceptable please fix this

    This is stupid I can’t believe I pay for your services and still can upload my songs. I tried contacting you guys for a month and nobody has reached back. You guys say you care for artists but I can see you are full of it.

    I’ve been using the app for a while and it logged me out like months ago and hasn’t let me log in since. It says “401 error” or something like that and refuses to work. I’ve uninstalled the app reinstalled it, restarted my phone, and just left the app alone to see if it will fix itself. I’m just now making a statement about this due to me releasing something and wanting to see the statistics on the app, get back to me soon please. An “option” is to clear the app cache but you can’t do that on iOS at least for me. -Yung Prxd

    I setup my album over a month ago it went through the process of getting approved and stuff like that and it was set to release for Nov. 15th and it still hasn’t dropped and the album is 100% mines from the paid membership and it’s been over a month where is my album

    its a decent app i like the style its just slow and im having trouble with my master link, it ONLY shows spotify no other platforms it’s extremely frustrating trying to promote my music it makes it 20x harder to get the proper exposure
