  • My iPad keeps loosing internet and restarting

    I have spent months dealing with this issue. So, I bought a new IPad, Same issue, took it it the geek squad... nothing wrong with it. Then I read the reviews and decided to delete your app and no more problems. I think it’s works great for laptops but not iPads. My husband uses my old iPad that, I did not download the app on, and no issues.
  • It gives Norton a bad name!

    First, I don’t know how this app can be rated at 3.5 starts since when you reviewed all reviews it has 50 with 1 star, 1 with 4 starts and 4 with 5 stars. That will give you an average of 1.3 stars and it will truly represent this garbage of an app. It is a complete waste of time. The only reason I even contemplated downloading the app is because of the name Norton and an email from Norton offering it as a loyalty and auto renewal gift. It never worked, I spent way too much time with customer service and sent them pictures and videos as requested only to end up with and app that doesn’t work. I also uninstalled it and install it again every time they asked me to do it with the same crappy results! Now they just told me today that they finally resolved the issue to please download the app again! Well jackpot, now it doesn’t even download! Waste of time trap because if it wasn’t Norton I wouldn’t even try it.

    Pretty typical example when software companies venture outside their specialty. Stick to security and dispense with the marketing comeons that only diminish the brand image. App absolutely refuses to allow me to login with my Norton ID and password. Total fail!

    Seen this in an email and thought I would give it a try. Took one minute or less to download and sign in. Now my screen is protected up to $100.00. I would have given this 5 star but I will wait and see how the reimbursement process goes.

    I agree with the other reviewers-don’t waste your time! After several email touting the service I download and log in only to be told I’m not eligible for the service!

    I’ve never written an app review but this app is a joke. I’ve tried for months to update my address to be consistent with what is shown on my norton account but their programmers cannot fix a simple address. Pathetic. I doubt this even works if I crack my screen.

    Add me to the long list of people who tried to use this ap and was told their device wasn’t supported. I have an iPhone 8 that is less than 3yrs old. A 30 minute chat with tech support couldn’t resolve it, the rep couldn’t even figure out whether an iPhone 8 was supported, and at the end the rep suggested I email someone else in India at a non-Norton email! At that point I gave up. I won’t say this is a scam as some have suggested, but the poor execution makes me question whether to even keep my norton subscription.

    Told I qualified for this. After going through the steps I finally got to the last screen which told me I didn’t qualify. This is the best Norton can do? Shame on you.

    Still can’t file a claim on the app after following their steps. If I could just do that I’d give it a 4 if 5 star....but no.
