I really don’t mind paying for an app, and I appreciate that the fee was upfront and not hidden in any way. However, the repair tool doesn’t work or doesn’t work well on any image I tried which was one of the major reason I paid for the app. This was an editors choice app so I expected better

It’s faster and slightly better but clarity doesn’t work at all... Update: clarity has been removed .. bummer ☹️

Everything I need to completely move from laptop editing to iPad. Almost. I find myself needing (wanting) to use selective masking, whether radial or gradient, on my photos. To which I go back to my laptop for on my old but classic (and discontinued) Lightroom 6. So, real question to developers: is this a tool you plan or even remotely considered adding in the future?

First of all thanks for the update and thanks for finding a solution for the accidental slider panel movement 👌🏼 Are there any plans on adding draw in adjustments with the Apple Pencil where the adjustments only get added where you draw ?????

Pixelmator Photo is one of the handful of essential apps you can turn to when away from your desktop but still needing to get professional work done. The UI is a bit opaque upon first use and therefore at first I did not use this app as much as others, but over time I find, over and over, little things that it does that other apps simply can't, and implementations of other things that are just better and more elegant than other apps. Nowadays this is my go-to photo editing app on my iPad Pro and I'm consistently impressed with it. For example, tonight I had to crop a photo down to the exact pixel. Sounds simple, but give it a try with other iPad OS apps—you won't be able to zoom in to the pixel level while using the crop tool to make a 3000px crop, but here you can—that's not an accident, they had to go out of their way to make that work, and it just did, and it was great.

I have been looking for an independent non Adobe photo app for a long long time. I download this on a chance and I am in love. I love that it integrates with native photos and files. I love the pencil friendliness. I love the grain settings! I can’t wait to see this brought to the Mac and fingers crossed for a tiny iPhone version. Thank you for making this!
  • It’s way more robust than Darkroom

At least not as buggy as Darkroom. But I don’t understand why every time after finishing editing, it goes back to photos grid view. And I think it should be add the ability to edit inside Apple Photos
  • Pretty pretty good

This app is so underrated. It’s incredible what it can do...definitely a “pro" app. Hangs pretty nicely with the Mac pro version of the app. The ML features are mind blowing.
