I only need one-month's subscription, so I called them to cancel my renewing subscription. They canceled my current subscription and didn't refund me. By the way, you can only call them to cancel.
  • Dates needed

It would be nice to have article dates included with content available through the mobile app. I like web-based HBR articles since I can see when the article was published at the very top of the article. Can you include this as a new feature in a future update to the app?
  • Great but a few bugs

The app will unexpectedly close the article I am reading occasionally and adjust the formatting of the article in a manner which seems unintended.

  • Fine mobile app

HBR mobile is a fine app to deliver content of the magazine. Achieves the customary high standards that are associated with the print version and organization.
  • Don’t bother using the app if signed up using the website

If you register the subscription through the website, you can’t use it with this app. Simply typing your email and password doesn’t work. You have to provide email/zip code or account number/zip code. The email zip code doesn’t work, and there is no account number provided on the website to use. So none of the methods work and you waste your time with support who give you the same instruction to a broken app. I mean, think about the design, they give you three way to login, and none of them work. The app also looks outdated. It seems HBR is not willing to update their app to work seamlessly with their website. Go read other reviews. Others are having the same issue.

App doesn't recognize log in information from existing account. Frustrating waste of time. Don't bother.

I can never seem to get my iPad and iPhone app to login to my account. I have to go to a web browser to access my library.

  • Pretty rudimentary for premium content

There is no way to display content by type which seems like minimal functionality that most content providers have been providing for years. This is just an electronic version of a magazine with a list of content as an add on (but doesn’t seem to be additional content). That means the only thing this gives me is the ability to access on my iPad instead of carrying around a magazine. It could easily be so much more and should be for the premium content that it is.
