    I have been trying to reset my password for months so I can manage my subscription and have sent numerous emails using the “contact us” link and have received no reply.. I have been sending emails for 3 months now. I am extremely frustrated.

    The other reviews were definitely right. I guess I’d held out a false hope that it wasn’t really as bad as they said, but the new app is a far cry from the old one. First of all, from a functionality standpoint, the app doesn’t even work half the time, crashes, freezes, and is generally difficult to use. Secondly, the workouts are a serious step down in creativity from the workouts on her old app. I might as well write my own workouts? I hope there is something in development to improve this, but I’ll definitely be canceling my subscription in the meanwhile :(
  • Crashes just like old app

    I had the old app and paid for it, and never got my money back when it started crashing. I paid for this subscription and have had it for two days and now it won’t even let me in the app, it crashes every time I try to use it. Even uninstalled it and downloaded it again and same issues. I can’t believe this is happening again, I thought they fixed all of it! I’m so frustrated that I got duped again.
  • Not user friendly!

    I had a subscription to her old app but decided to give this one a trial run. Unfortunately, the original was so much better and user friendly. You were able to choose and customize your workout where these are done for you, categorized by day and week. This makes it very hard to navigate. And any time I want to go to the main menu, I’m forced to log back in and am given an app overview all over again. Very frustrating.

    This app is horrible I loved the original app and I wish they would still have it AvaIlable or at least add a feature to this app that would allow you to access workouts and have them posted as they were before. This app is so disappointing especially since I love the previous version.
  • Not the same App

    I tried to launch the old app recently and it kept freezing. I came to realize there was a new app and was excited to see the new upgrades. Unfortunately the new app is completely different and not in a good way. I’m saddened because the exercises are now limited and do not include weights like the previous version. You also cannot mix and match exercises nor adjust the amount of time you want to perform your HIIT workouts (there are only 2 HIIT workouts to choose for the week as well). The new exercises are pretty basic and aren’t challenging like the previous app exercises. Please bring back the old app or put back the old features into this new app.

    I Purchased the original app for the lifetime price, and then this new app was produced with no warning and no cross over for original customers. I have emailed twice already with no reply. I really enjoyed the old app, I enjoys Tanyas workouts and have worked with her in person as well. I’m surprised she would back something that refuses to help her customers.

    Extremely disappointed in how you removed old app and replaced with a completely new app. Please bring back the old app. This is a completely new app which bears no resemblance whatsoever to the old app. Where is Tanya in all this? We customers put our faith in her and the old app was fantastic. With no warning it has been completely replaced. I would like a refund for the original app which I purchased as a Lifetime and also an additional refund because I did the additional purchase of the new app because after repeated e-mails I received no response and felt I had no alternative but to buy it again to restore my access. What a rip-off. Tanya seems to have turned this over to a new developer, it would be refreshing to see her respond to these concerns rather than just keep getting silly cheery e-mails from the new developer telling us to forward our concerns to their support address, which apparently isn’t going to change anything.
  • Crashing not able to work out

    I have re-installed this app 5 times on my iPhone X. after putting in my credentials the app crashes. Try to open and it crashes. So I have had the new app for about a week, switching over from the old app and have not been able to access any of the workouts. The old app was far better and frankly I am angry as a customer to not be able to get into an app that I paid $200 subscription for. This needs to be rectified as soon as possible. I have already notified support so please don’t ask me to send an email, just fix it.

    I just downloaded this app and I am loving it! I feel so confident after every workout and love the bodyweight program, it is perfect to do at home! This app is great for anyone looking to focus on their health. I love that the workouts are easy to follow and that they change each day. And her recipes are great, super tasty but also healthy 💕
