    Hello, I have been having an issue with my messages not appearing on my primary apple device I use for deliveries. I get a notification that I got a message, when I actually click it or log into the app, there is nothing there. However when I log into an android device it does indeed show the message. I have attached pictures bellow of the android receiving them, but the iPhone remains blank. I reset my iphone, reset the cashe, delete and reinstall the app, nothing seemed to work. The iPhone simply is not displaying any messages. Is this a known problem that is being looked into, or something wrong on my end?
  • Driver Service is Terrible

    They removed regional driver specialist and centralized the driver care service. Now if takes weeks to get a region changed which can really screw you over if you're moving and need to quickly get back to delivering in your new city. I'd recommends Uber Eats or Doordash which allow you to deliver in a new city immediately.
  • Not as good as other delivery platforms

    As a driver I need to know how many miles this trip is going to be so I can calculate if the trip is worth accepting. Also adding how many items are in the order would be beneficial as well. You guys also do not accept my bank account so I had to use a bank I hate to get paid. Grub is very unorganized and I’d rather be using Uber/doordash.
  • Waitlist?

    Come on get with the program. I don’t understand the point of a waitlist... I’m ready to get to the money!! Doordash doesn’t have a waitlist! I tried to change my area but it won’t let me make a new application, I live in New Jersey, I often do doordash in Philadelphia because it’s better money! This app needs an upgrade!
  • Poor Timing of Assigned Orders

    I actually prefer driving for Grubhub over the other companies. HOWEVER, there is one reoccurring annoyance that is much worse with this company - especially when time is money. I’ll receive an order for a restaurant that I’m just down the street from. I can’t see what time to “pick up by” until I accept the order and I can’t see what time it was placed until I arrive. Then I’ll see that it was placed at the very moment that I received it. So I go into the restaurant and wait 20 minutes because I get penalized if I drop the order. I don’t have this problem with doordash. There have been times when I see that the order was placed 15 minutes before I received it so I go straight there by pickup time, but the restaurant is so busy, that they haven’t even confirmed the order until I’m parking and then they tell me I’m way too early, as if I’m in the wrong. Please make the timing better. If other companies can figure this out, so should you.
  • Miserable to use

    I signed up to drive and after going through the background check process I was allowed to drive for exactly 7 days. After 7 days I was told I can’t drive any longer until I activate my driver card. It’s been nearly a month and I have still not received a driver card. I have tried to request and the app isn’t working. Contacting driver support is worthless, you will NOT get a response, and the phone number provided in the app goes to a call center that can not do anything other than tell you to use the app. Complete waste of time signing up with them!
  • Location Access

    Refuses to stop asking for precise location even though it is on, only goes away if you give it location access always. Now why would you want to track me while I’m not using the app? One star because I have to toggle location access every time I want to use it.
  • Changes make use challenging

    I’ve been using this app for quite some time and I would like to see the region map returned to the main options screen. With it being found under account it takes more screen taps to get back to the tasks list and active orders. This takes up valuable time and causes distraction. I work in a region where I’m taken out of my zone often and I use the map feature to bring me back into range throughout my shift. Thank you for the consideration.
