    With the new update the game is super glitchy and constantly freezes. Will most likely delete if they do not come out with a new update that fixes this soon.

    I haven’t been able to make purchases in Diagon Alley for weeks and can’t claim any presents either. No fixes have been made, no one has reached out after submitting this to Niantic

    So when I started this game it was eh...when I re downloaded this game it was poop because I couldn’t see were I was doing the spell and it kept saying I was doing it wrong which I wasn’t proud with. Then when I wanted to edit my photo it kept saying “allow photos” but it didn’t do it I tried again it didn’t do it. I kept doing that it STILL didn’t do it! PLEASE FIX THOSE THINGS! If you don’t I will not ever play this and make this review 1 star

  • Niantic refuses to fix the game

    Players using iOS are unable to mark purchases, some for several weeks. Niantic refuses to fix the problem. This game unfortunately requires micro transactions to complete quests and it has become impossible to players to play. It is ridiculous that Niantic won’t fix the problem and won’t do transactions for the players via support.

    I’ve been playing since the game came out. Loved it then, now? Not so much. I’ve lost potions, runestones, not able to get into the portkeys and getting booted from the game entirely. Fix the issues and I’ll give a better rating. Tired of losing hard earned rewards bc of a glitch in the game.

    Super annoyed I can’t buy anything with the coins I purchased! Fix the problem please! Support asked me to sign out of my Apple ID account and sign in without using my Apple ID. Why?? Then that will screw up my other games my ID is linked to. No thanks. Won’t be playing anymore until the problem is fixed. Or please refund my money back on the in app purchase.

    My wife and I and numerous of other individuals are unable to make in game purchases for the past several months. We have opened numerous tickets and they are either unable to or unwilling to fix the bug. Their suggested fix is for you to give them authorization to make these purchases for you hence giving them authorization to access your accounts. These seems like it is a scam. You would think that they would want people to buy coins and make in game purchases however these programmers are worthless and don’t care.
