    I signed up for Amazon Flex the beginning of November 2020 and I have not gotten a response from them yet, I am only getting the message “it takes 2-5 business days for the background check “, ugh!!!! Frustrated

    Recomiendo no trabajar con su carro Son abusivos lo pagos para usar tu propio carro, para cualquier otra compañía te pagan más de 53 centavos por millas, Amazon flex no pagas las millas, ni te paga lo justo por tu tiempo, paga a 15 dólares la hora, cuando tú está poniendo tu carro y gasolina ellos te dicen que ganarás a 20 o más por horas, pero cuando tú combina tiempo gasolina y millas guiadas te quedan debiendo, y luego simplemente puede ayuda y no te ayudan. I recommend not working with your car Payments to use your own car are abusive, for any other company they pay you more than 53 cents per miles, Amazon flex does not pay the miles, nor does it pay you just enough for your time, it pays at 15 dollars an hour, when you are putting your car and gasoline they tell you that you will earn at 20 or more per hour, but when you combine time, gasoline and guided miles you are owed, and then it can simply help and they don't help you.

    I concur with the bad reviews already written. I would also add that I took a 2-hour block on Christmas Eve that turned into 3.5 hours before I had to quit the route. I hadn’t even delivered half of my packages. I kept getting sent to apartment complexes with security gates that I could not open because entry information was wrong and customers were not home to grant me access. The route on the app had me leaving neighborhoods only to send me back later to a different house in a neighborhood I had already visited. When I contacted Amazon about working the extra 1.5 hours , they refused to pay me for my time. I will finally add the fact that when you add tolls, gas, and wear & tear on your car (not to mention the frustration) you really do not make much money to justify doing this.

    This app is without a doubt the worst I have been attempting to log in create a profile for months. It showed my user name once every 3 or 4 times I tried to log in. No customer support what so ever not sure how many emails you have to send to get help but I’m at 3. Don’t waist your time.

    Do not even bother wasting your time and effort on this joke. This app is completely broken and unusable. It will crash and kick you out of your delivery route, making it physically impossible to deliver the packages. And then it will say you’re at risk of being fired because you have too many undelivered packages. It is an absolute joke and I have no idea how they’re able to retain even a single employee.

    I am Amazon flex driver. Now a days it became worst performance and giving hard timings to the driver. It doesn't have perfect organizer in the store pick up area. If package is missing we call to driver support they don't have more options to help us. They simply say to contact support by Email and Email support just replies with automatic templates. No one don't care driver problem at pick up area. Usually I enter into whole foods and fresh area in time after that it say packages are not ready it populates wait outside. Once packages are ready it doesn’t show anything in my app. It will be waiting long time. At last it will show up on my ratings. Drivers doesn't get proper response from Amazon support.its really bad,

    I started working here after I decided I needed some money while going to school because I could work whenever I could. Everything was alright, though I noticed from the first time I started doing flex there was little to no stops. I’d constantly have to refresh and just maybe- maybe, I would get one stop. Sometimes they would be spontaneous though, so half the time I couldn’t just jump on call and drive 40-50 mins away just to do that one stop. One time the app told me to go to my store, which was Whole Foods. It ended up taking me to a residential area. I called but no one really helped and I was already late for the stop. So I used MY own gps app and took myself using common sense based on the area. Recently I had to renew my license, so they suspended my account until I could deliver again. When I did renew and logged back in, someone, changed my NAME. it no longer was like it was on my license. I emailed them about it but all I kept getting were automated email messages that did nothing but waste my dang time. After a few days of doing what they told me to do, I called it quits and deleted this stupid app.

    Every day I use the app for my morning pickup and it crashes on me when I swipe to finish. Past that no serious issues aside from lag after 5 consecutive scans. Runs far smoother on iOS than Android. Better quality photos too.
  • The Amazon flex is so bad

    I've been trying to open an Amazon flex account for 3 years and I've had a lot of problems. The worst thing is that the Amazon flex support does not work, they do not solve the problem. It is a disaster.
