Windrock Park

I bought an annual map subscription on June 26, 2020 and it would no longer load on October 31, 2020. I went to the WindRock Park office and they put me in touch with the right person to resolve the issue. The app is again working as designed.

I downloaded the latest version 1.2.1 and installed on my iPhone Xs and it works perfectly now. I understand that there was a problem recently with a corrupt database but now it’s fixed. I find this app to be very helpful. It will not work on an iPad that is non-cellular because there is no GPS chip in those iPad WiFi only tablets.

Purchasing the app is a pain! Sometimes it works sometime not. Satellite view would be a nice option Very useful when working, which is not all the time. After 1.5 years you would think they would have the app sorted out... shame

It cost money just to look at the trail map? Do they not have other revenue streams?

Files keep saying downloading and installing nothing is happening, can’t open anything. Please fix or refund.

Purchased but didn’t get the map. Waste of money.

I’ve tried to buy the annual maps two separate times and it has not given me the maps. Both times, i had to have apple refund me.

Better than nothing but it needs a LOT of work. 1) Can only zoom once, difficult to differentiate where you are when trails come together 2) no tracking history (bread crumbs) 3) WAY over priced for what it is 4) very little detail on points of interest 5)Difficult to find your location (blue beacon) 6) map does not move with you 7) no option for heads up display 8) no way to mark waypoints If your not familiar with the area it’s better than nothing but there are more and better options.

I’m not paying for a map to a park that I’m paying entry to ride at. Maps should be free with purchase

I should’ve listened to all the other reviewers. I paid for the 7-day trail map but never got access to the map. The app continues to load the page prompting me to pay without the option to display the map I already purchased. I emailed the app developer and received no response.
